I worked with Alexis today and she was wonderful, getting started in the world of skincare is something that is very intimidating to me and she was so nice and helpful. She helped me pick out a moisturizer, face wash, and sunscreen for sensitive skin and genuinely listened when I was saying what my needs were rather than trying to sell me something expensive.

I bought a pair of boots there and they were too small so I returned them. The associate told me I could purchase them on line, which I did, but I didn't get them for the sale price because they charged me $8.94 for shipping. They shipped the wrong boots so I took them back to the store and the cashier took them back and did a return. However, here it is 1 1/2 months and still they have not issued the credit. I've gone back to the store twice and spoken to the manager who did a credit on the register, but it didn't get applied to my acct so I still owed it. I've called Kohls customer service 5 times and was told it was taken care of. Not! The last call they informed me I missed a payment which I had not. The person retracted that and said my acct was in order. Got my statement today, nothing has been resolved. In 50 years I've never missed a credit card payment, so I paid the stupid thing just to keep a derogatory off my credit report. All of this over $30-$40 dollars. Love how they take advantage of a senior citizen on social security. I will never step in that store again! Even tried to correct it on line today with someone on their chat. Didn't happen. I am so disappointed in Kohls and their customer service.

This store has the nicest employees. Went to do amazon return and upon entering the store, one of the employees directed me to the right direction. The lady who helped me with my return was also very nice. Clearance section was kinda a mess but I don't blame them. People usually just pull things from the shelves and didn't return them at the right spot.

This place has gone down hill. Not only are they short staffed, but this is the third time I've looked at coffee makers and again very few had price tags on them. Add that to the fact that there's no one to ask, and I'll shop elsewhere.
