Was our second purchase from Isaiah. He is a trusting standup salesman. Totally had our best interest as soon as we pulled up in the lot.
Such positive energy and willing to make sure we were satisfied with every inquiry and request we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman in the whole St. Cloud area. Felt confident leaving the lot with our purchase knowing we made the right decision and allowing Isaiah to work his magic. Very passionate young man making a difference.

I just purchased a 2024 Dodge Durango GT Blacktop from the EIDE crew in St Cloud completely over the phone after I found it on their website. From Tim (the salesman) to Tom (store/sales manager) to Don to Nate and I think there was a Will too - ALL of these guys were AMAZING! I was almost convinced by a local dealership that EIDEs advertised prices were way too good to be true! I called and spoke with Tim first and he reassured me that the advertised price was in fact exactly how much I would pay for it (+tax, title, and license). Next, I spoke with Tom about my trade in until we came to a price we both agreed on and I was very happy with and he said they would deliver it right to my work Friday during my lunch break!! Then Nate called and he was trying to finish up the purchase agreement quickly to get it to my lender before 5pm. There was a few hiccups with the numbers so then Don called me and went over the numbers with me and explained EVERYTHING clearly and before the end of the night the correct purchase agreement was sent. First thing in the morning my lender called and the papers were ready for me to sign. I picked up the check and Friday morning my beautiful brand new Durango arrived! My point is every single one of the guys I spoke to went above and beyond to not only make this deal happen but to make sure I was a very happy satisfied customer! Of course they want to sell cars but their customer service is outstanding! I have already referred a few friends to them and I know they will be take care of! THANKS ST. CLOUD EIDE!! Carter was very nice, took his time to help me out find the car I needed and also wanted. Took very good care of me and made sure that it was the car I wanted to truly have. I'd recommend my friends and family to go to eide and look for Carter from sales. Couldn't be more happy with the car and I'm happy to have had his help in the process.

I went here today to get a car and oh my gosh god sent people i swear. I had some trouble with making my first purchase on a car but they figured it out for me and im leaving with my new car today, i cant thank them enough. I was first greeted by Victor outside he saw me eying the car i am buying today and he got the keys for me and came with for a ride and was just amazing and so funny! Great great salesmen. Whitney and Nate are the managers i believe and that's who also helped towards the end and i can't thank them enough, Please come here for a car i promise you will not be disappointed!

We had a great experience from start to finish! We live 5.5 hours away, so communication was key. Noah made sure we had all of our questions answered and sent multiple pictures and videos… He was/is a top notch salesman :) Rene in financing was a pleasure to work with as well! He was very thorough and put in the extra effort to get us the numbers we were comfortable with.
After leaving the dealership, we noticed that there was a gash in the side wall of one of the tires. I contacted Noah and he immediately got us in to contact with Mike (Service and Parts Director). Mike saw to it that our tire be fixed in our hometown, free of charge.
The communication and willingness to go the extra mile is what sets Eide St. Cloud on the top end of car dealerships!
10/10 recommend ??

I had a great experience purchasing my 2024 Jeep from Eide Motors in St Cloud MN. Justin was great to work with and on top of everything. He made sure my Jeep was perfect before I took it home. Including getting the accessories I wanted. Will recommend Eide and working with Justin to friends and be back for sure! Shout out to Will and the accessories Dept as well!!
