“We made a last-minute decision to take our 2011 van on a several-day visit out-of-town, but it needed quite bit of deferred maintenence work completed on very short notice. TGK Maplewood Manager Evan was great to work with as he committed to getting it done on time (even earlier!) for us. Even with a big storm that knocked out their power for some hours, they got it all done, and done well. We feel so much better now taking our preferred vehicle on this trip. Amazing enough it was less than what they said! Super nice guys ! And got us in the same day on a Saturday no less!
And the repairs took half the time!
And afterwards we still had some weird lights on the dash and they immediately came out and fixed it no charge!

Wanting a thorough inspection without the aggressive sales tactics often found in larger shops, I decided to visit a smaller shop where I could interact directly with the mechanics. Baber Auto turned out to be the perfect choice. The personalized service at Baber Auto, where I could directly communicate with mechanics Mark and BJ, was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly and offered coffee and snacks as they worked on my car. The diagnostic software they used provided a detailed report with descriptions and photos, ensuring transparency throughout the process. In the end, only an oil change, cabin, and fuel filters were needed. I left Baber Auto completely satisfied with the top-notch service and the personal touch they provided. “My 1976 Firebird Trans Am would be trusted to only one shop. Larson's Automotive.They have worked on some of my other vehicles in the past as well. I have always been100% satisfied. My Air-conditioning, exhaust, shocks, tires, its all been taken care of at their facility. Management, customer service and all of the certified professional mechanics will treaty your vehicle like it is their own. The owners and all the guys in back are Awesome. “An honest mechanic is invaluable, and Green Line Auto definitely are true to that statement. I've had work done there for the past 5 years and today was no exception to the honesty .
I agreed to the work that they quoted me. They installed a new gear shift motor ( quoted) it failed to resolve the issue and they referred me to Kennedy transmission.
They COULD HAVE just installed the new motor and charged me the labor.. and sent me to Kennedy for further repair and 'claim' that it actually needed the 650$ motor part .. but they DIDN'T.. nor did they charge me the labor for it ..
I had some other issues that they were able to repair.. but they didn't charge me the 900$ estimate for previous mentioned.
TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! And very much appreciate the HONESTY throughout the years!”

Alternator just shut off and I got it towed there and fixed the next day normal.price 95$ an hour for labor. Part was 400. And it took two hours to do. Not to bad. And super friendly nand negotiations can happen if you explain super understanding company”

“This place has great customer service! I was offered a ticket to get a free small cup of coffee or other drinks from the gas station that is connected to them while I wait. I got my brakes and oil changed from this shop. They checked everything I told them about the issues I had with my car. They inspected the issues and told me the prices & what the issues were before doing anything. The prices weren't too expensive, it was doable. I don't mind going back there again.
Update: They don't offer free coffee/drinks anymore.”
