My grandma needed to use the restroom. The teller told us “we don't have a public restroom†- even when we were using their services. Not very customer friendly.

Very friendly staff at the Stewartville office, but Bremer as an institution has fallen way off from the old Eastwood Bank. Lots of new fees added to accounts. I have had Mortgage payments get lost several times going to them as they did not accept electronic bill pay (um, your a bank?) so I had to mail checks. Their mobile deposit app does not work on my Android phone which is less than a year old. Their website is archaic compared to Eastwood's old site. And the local office hours have been changed and they now only open after 9AM instead of the 7:30AM drive thru hours which I liked. Again, this is not a knock on the employees at our local bank. I really liked the old Eastwood Bank and the transition to Bremer is not my favorite.

Since it changed from Eastwood to Bremer, I have had multiple issues with my account being deducted money that should not have been and it takes days for it to get resolved. Customer service is lacking drastically. And when you say you're open until noon on a Saturday, you shouldn't walk up to the doors and have them be locked at 11:55. I banked at Eastwood for 16 years and have given Bremer multiple chances since the buyout. I will be changing banks after today.
