Incapable of ordering correct appliances even after multiple attempts. Needed a stainless steel oven with glass cook top. First one was white with coil burners (waited 3 weeks) second on was stainless steel but with coil burners (waited another 3 weeks so 6 weeks now without a stove) would have to go another 3 weeks for a stainless steel glass cook top for a total of 9 weeks without a stove! Better off going to home depot..

Sean came to fix a refrigerator that was not cooling properly. He was very professional and quick. He even offered to switch which way the door opened for me! I'm elated.Speaking on the phone to make my appointment was also extremely pleasant. I highly recommend Don's!

They don't honor warranties even on a 2 year old washing machine. The rude front desk lady likes to laugh at people on the phone and get rude about their products they sell. No class. No tact. Disgusting.

I was initially impressed with their customer service and friendliness. Once our refrigerator was delivered and started having problems a month later, I couldn’t get them to fix it or replace it. We were in touch with them about it for several months before our house finally sold and the new owners now have a new refrigerator with problems. I wish we’d just left the old ugly one in there- at least it ran perfectly. Will never shop here again.

We purchased a new GE ice & water on the door. They came out to our house 3 times to fix the water because it was spitting out water. After replacing all the hoses & valves it still did not work. We were told that we’d have to bring the unit to them now to have it fixed because “they were going above & beyond their duty to fix the issue.” The unit was still under warranty & they were being paid for their time. We will never purchase anything from them again. If I could rate them more negative we would.

We bought a brand new washer and dryer of August 2020. We used it once and washer was not draining called dons and they said all we do is deliver. I said no I paid for delivery and set up. Now two years later the washer stopped spinning. They said they came over and looked at our washer. Never called us or left us any indication what was wrong. I had to call them and see what was going on. They said it was the transmission and would cost about $600 to fix. They would not stand behind it. They advised us to call GE. GE said they would give us the part for free just needed to pay labor and to have Dons call them with part number. We called Dons several times to check status, always another excuse.It doesn’t help when you call and the receptionist laughs at you!! They do not want to help us because they can’t jack up the price of the part.Decided to buy new from another place where we get warranty to stand behind the purchase. Would not recommend Don’s to anybody!

We took advantage of their service department. Though living in Garden City, they still took care of us. They were able to service and determine what was wrong with our refrigerator in a very timely manner. All of the staff were very kind.

Fridge has been waiting on parts for a week several calls were made. They said people were out for vacation. Unopened boxes all around no one has opened. I called. They said would have someone call me back. They were supposed to be open until 3 today. I just called. 1pm. Recording said they were closed. So now a long weekend with no refrigerator. Can’t cook and store food for a week had to throw out everything. Not happy

We really appreciate how Don's Appliance was able to help us when our fridge went out in the middle of a 90+ degree week. We ended up getting an entire new set of appliances and love it all. Jeff, staff and delivery guys were great to work with. Recommend shopping locally!!!
