The prices are high, but I'm pretty sure that's just how things are these days. The staff was all great. They were incredibly patient with my hyper preschooler who was psyched to be getting kindergarten uniforms. We got him sized and he was so adorable in his little khakis. They were great about the few things i needed that were on backorder too, and I didn't have to wait long till i could pick them up. Definitely worth the drive for the personal experience.

For over a year now on multiple occasions I have frequented this store and spent a lot of money here and the customer service has been terrible. Then I notice that minorities that shop here are treated much different in a bad way mostly by the owner/manager or whatever she is. They keep a very close eye on people of color while shopping and treat them rudely. She speaks to you in a manner that she would prefer you not to even be in her establishment. I was hesitant to go back but in a time crunch and the fact that they are convenient because they have options available in store and other approved uniform vendors only provide online options, I went back to education outfitters reluctantly. My son knows that the owner usually has lollipops at the register so he asked for one. She looked at him with a cold stare and said you can only have one when you check out. This made me upset because I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and the least she could do is be kind. I plan to call the store and let her know how uncomfortable she makes people. If that doesn’t help I will push for the school to go with a new vendor. It costs nothing to be kind and treat all the same especially when they are spending money with you. It’s a choice and it doesn’t feel like a good choice when you are not being treated well. DO BETTER!

The owner Barb is extremely rude and abrasive. She is not fit to be a business owner. The prices are quite outrageous for what you get.

I'm not sure where all the positive reviews come from but on multiple occasions the customer service was very poor and multiple workers are rude. I won't get into specifics but this is what i have noticed and we will likely not continue to give them our business.

I ordered my student's uniforms an entire month and a half before school started but this other vendor ended up being severely back logged. When it became apparent that my child's uniforms would not arrive in time I decided to place a small order with Educational Outfitters to supplement. I placed my order on a Tuesday. They called me the following day at 8:30 PM with a question and my order shipped the following day. In all, it took 4 days from placing the order until it arrived at my home. The quality was great and price was good. I really appreciate how hard this company is working to get families situated for the school year!

Amazing people. I was caught up in traffic so I called and let them know am on my way. They close at 5pm on fridays but she waited for me until I arrived 10 min later, helped me with uniform selections and checked me out. Thanks E.Outfitters.

Not the level of service we expect from the local provider. Confusion when picking up an order resulted in a long wait and instead of apologies, blame was shifted to the customer. It took 30 seconds to look up the order and identify the corect location once the associate decided to use the computer (instead of frantically looking in the back and asking other employees if they knew anything about the order).

Very Nice collection of school uniforms and accessories. Lot of options with different sizes. Nice quality clothes that lasts throughout the year.
