This was a horrible experience at a dollar tree. There was one person checking out, two people unboxing, and a manager sitting in the back. No one seemed to care about the line that kept growing. It took 40 minutes to check out. Ridiculous! We will not come back to this store! It is clearly poorly managed!

I lived in the Nokomis area for years and I still chose to go to this one. Must be hard with the traffic they receive I find myself waiting for a while. But the crew keeps it clean man no matter the circumstance I find it always clean here Idk what others are saying I only live 20 mins away and I come at all hours of the day early, 15 mins before close never been mistreated pr anything(black guy lol) love shopping here tbh

The store offers no returns. Only exchanges! There is absolutely no sign in the entire store that tells you this information. Only once you have made your purchase are you made aware of this in tiny writing on the receipt. Oh and don't think they offer gift cards as an option when you exchange. So that you can take your time and find something else that you might actually need. They don't offer those either! :(

As someone who works in retail, how do other employees at DT just watch a single cashier suffer with a long line of 10 or more people before having to respond to a call to come ring? It's ridiculous. You guys seem to be well staffed to have two people step off the floor for 5-10 minutes to come help ring so people who have errands to run can leave. Not really sure I want to keep coming back here because it's rare to actually be able to be checked out within 5-10 minutes of being done shopping.

Almost everything I wanted. They are cutting back on 6 oz acrylic paint for 3 oz for the same price. Bummer.

Whoever rated this 5 stars can't be trusted. I can't tell if this store is being closed down or what. 60 % of the shelves are always empty . I matter what day or time you come a staff member will be smoking outside the door. They don't have anything the other stores have like peanut butter or friendly staff. I'm making this store as don't come in my maps m. Good luck to you tho

They were out of many things. Then the guy @ the front refused to give me change for a $20 when it would not be difficult to do after I paid my whole bill with cash.

I liked more before they changed, and everything was a dollar. I can understand the $1.25 (still 25% increase, but everything is going up). Now, there are different sections for the different prices. Most the employee's are polite and helpful. They still have some great deals on certain things.

Extremely cluttered. Not in compliance with ADA laws and a very rude and aggressive manager who likes to put his hands in the face of disabled customers and children. When he is asked not to put his hands in your face his response is and i quote "I will do whatever in the hell I want". Rudest manager i have ever met at any business. Definitely will be calling the ADA and never shopping there again.
