What a great outfit. Even though I had only one box of manuscripts to scan (admittedly my life's work as a scholar and writer) John Moore and his colleagues treated me with all the care and expertise they would offer to a major corporate customer. Really fine people.

Tom Ronnei.. was excellent.. called for an error code and he didn't have the part in the shop.. so he went and bought one and was at our shop in amazing time and fixed the issue. greatly appreciate his fast response time!

I placed an emergency call to ARC in St. Louis Park, MN early on Tuesday, February 21st. Our plotter was down and there was a snow storm forecast. Tom Ronnei found the part we needed and was out here in just a few hours. We are VERY pleased with the service we receive from ARC! Thank you!

Dan and Tom came out today and installed our new OCE 340 Machine. They did a great job getting the old one out and new one in. Both were thorough in the training and instructing how to use and also coordinated with our IT to make sure everything was up and running good before they left.
