Kayla B cut my kid’s (11F & 7M) hair. She did a great job! She asked questions and gave suggestions to make sure they got exactly what they wanted. She is talented and also very nice. She’s great with kids and their parents. We will definitely be back!

I've always had a 50-50 chance of having a good experience at this particular location but they have what I use so I've always just sucked it up but my last visit was the final straw. One of the items I bought was a $40+ hair oil. First, at checkout I was told Ulta had removed me from the rewards program so I wasn't a member anymore but I could sign up again if I wanted ( side note, I was a member but apparently the cashier didn't know what she was doing but was too afraid to ask for help). I said no cause clearly Ulta didn't want me as a member, I only shop there once a month. Second, the hair oil was not good and when I tried to return it they offered me a refund of $4.38. They said without a receipt or a rewards account they could only offer me the lowest sale price. I asked when has Ulta ever sold that oil for $4.38 and they said they don't but TJ Max does. TJ MAX SELLS THE EXACT SAME PRODUCTS AS ULTA FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE. I did email customer service and their response was they pride themselves on their customer service but they never addressed any of my issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ULTA.

I don't often shop at the St Cloud location, but had to write about how impressed I was with my recent trip here. The selection/stock/tester availability was the best I've ever seen at any Ulta. In fact, I'm a bit embarrassed to admit I spent nearly 2 hours just leisurely browsing and testing items because it seems they had EVERYTHING in store that I always browse online! They actually had many of the newer fragrances (AND full bottles of the testers), which is not something I can say about any other Ulta location. I cannot understate how amazing this was LOL. The store was neat and clean. Despite hanging around there for hours like a creeper, I didn't feel judged or harassed by any employees. A few came up and asked if I needed any assistance, but I declined and they were so sweet and offered to help if/when I needed something. At checkout, only one SA was at the counter and trying to help a customer having some issues with a return. More customers started lining up behind me to check out and the SA called for some backup immediately. The gal who ended up checking me out was so warm and engaging. It was just an overall perfect in-store experience! I usually prefer shopping online, but would not hesitate for an instant to go back to this location. Thank you, SC Ulta!! <3

Have been working with my stylist Chloe for about a year and love her considerable knowledge of color, cut, styling, and products! She has transformed how I look, and consequently feel, on a daily basis with her extreme attention to detail and clear passion for what she does. Highly recommend!!! So much so, my sister now sees her as well!

Chloe is patient and listens to what you want before she begins. I've been seeing her at the salon in St. Cloud for about 6 months and I've found my "hair home" here at Ulta thanks to Cosmo Chloe!

Chloe is AMAZING at hair, she made my blonde money piece dreams come true and was able to curate the perfect formulas to create exactly the vision I saw in my head. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and talked me through what she was doing! Definitely recommend going to Chloe for your hair cut and color!!

I have been going to Chloe at Ulta St. Cloud for a few months and never leave disappointed! She mixes up the exact colors I am looking for and talks me through what would work and what won’t.
