Horrible experience me and my husband went to pick up a package and they were judging us . Saying me and my husband looked like we were rough people , insinuating that me and my husband would do something to them just to get my package . I’m all about supporting local businesses but not when me or my family members are getting judged. Not mention I never complained about a key they copied for me about a yr ago that doesnt work . I just went and brought another from some where else . I don’t see that store ever getting much business from me or my family ever after that. I understand that is protocol but . My physically hear them say I look rough is not acceptable

I would have spent hours in a big box store trying to find what I needed. Staff were very knowledgeable and had us out the door in no time. Prices were reasonable. Clean and neat with everything marked clearly to find

I've shopped here multiple times and every time they treat me like I'm stealing. This time the lady literally got in between me and the screws I was trying to shop for. Twice. I used to come here with my dad when I was little. I'm getting ready to do a home reno and I was thinking I'd come here all the time since I live nearby and I try to support local businesses. I'll just drive across town to Home Depot. It seems like Handyman's is struggling to stay in business. They can fail and I won't be sad anymore. It's their fault.

I visited the store simply to pick up my Amazon package, as it is an option for local pickup at Amazon Hub Counter in my neighborhood. The store associate promptly greeted me and was friendly. Pick up process was super quick and super simple. The store was clean and had a much larger inventory than I had previously assumed. Quiet atmosphere, helpful associates. I will definitely be utilizing this store as a package pick up location in the future.

It is my pleasure to sing Handyman's praises.From the 1980's until now, I have used HH for all manner of needs, especially plumbing. From getting an excellent referral for our old house plumbing to more recently getting help myself as I try to learn basic plumbing repairsafter the age of 70, I have been met with respect and solid good help with concrete suggestions. I will continue to use them FIRST when needing to handle something I know nothing about!
