Horrible management. Don't care about the tenants. Or employees.This property is lacking good honest property management..I feel so bad for all tenants who reside in la-cruz & la-paz property's.

Filthy apartments and property most tenants don't speak English. If you have a problem in your unit maintenance takes forever to fix anything. They do have armed security at their properties that are really awesome and helpful. They have carried my groceries and helped with my stalled vehicle

Community Center is now run outside of Catholic Charities but still offers the same services for residents...you name it they will help you with understanding bills or communicating with children's schools... they even have morning and night ESL classes for free so the adults can learn about the culture and work towards employment.
