I had a very helpful staff members guide me through my banking experience. I did (unintentionally) hold up the line with my more complex banking issue, but the staff was helpful and wanted to ensure customers were served as fast as possible given the circumstances.

Very pleasant people to deal with. Sometimes no wait at all, and at other times, there can be a long line, and it moves slowly.They do the best they can with the staffing that they have!

They didn't have any appointment times to open an account until the following week. In the meantime, 4 of your employees were 'partying' in one of the glass offices.But nobody had the time to open an account. That's why you'll never have my business! No regrets.

Worthless Bank. They will not accept coin deposits. I guess coins is no longer cash these days.
