James, the tech who replaced my brakes on my 2003 Eclipse did a great job, was super nice, took time to explain everything and even saved me money on certain parts by searching suppliers.
It's good to have a mechanic that knows what he is doing and looks out for the customer. My dog Lilly goes for rides with me and is happy to know my car will stop on a dime!

Everyone was professional, helpful and timely with my project. They explained in detail and gave examples to help me understand the investment I needed to make to replace my transmission. I could have used a transmission shop or the dealer, but I wanted more of a long term solution that fit my needs of towing a huge load, over capacity. We ended up adding a cooler to the new transmission as well as made sure that the new, improved and beefed up style transmission was put in the truck.
The comments on here showed that Certified stands behind their work, which in my experience is worth more than the parts.
I will use them again.

I stopped in at Certified Auto today to get my battery connections cleaned up due to corrosion. They were really busy and wanted me to schedule a time and leave my car with them. Totally understandable. James who had just started there, on his 2nd day, said he would take a quick look at it. He cleaned it up and sprayed sealant on it in the parking lot! WHAT A GUY!!! Very nice and extremely helpful. I will be going back for repairs.

Will use this Garage for all my vehicles’ needs. I had to leave the country and they had great communication with me for approving further work needed on my ford pickup truck. The work was done promptly by the time I came back to town. Also something to note, 2 other shops had denied me due to the complex spark plug issue.

Certified Auto Repair has helped keep our car working and through diagnostics was able to isolate the problems. Gave our car a few more years after the dealer told us we needed a new car with no other options. The people are friendly and they are there to help!

Certified Auto in Spring Park, MN is hands down the most professional repair shop I’ve used. The fact that they offer loaner cars while they work on your vehicle is just the frosting on a cake. They get the work done in a timely manner and most importantly, they get the repairs done correctly.
