Terrible customer service! It is very unfortunate company’s can’t provide training and motivation to help employees understand the basics of being polite. Well I guess Speedway has a had time taking care of it’s own investment.

Just stopped in to get a chuckwagon sandwich. Your microwave is not working. Can you tell me how people are suppose to cook/warm any of them? I did get one, how disgusting. I did get a slice of pizza, because it was hot!! Also DISGUSTING. Your very young employee stated there was nothing she could do to help and she had a microwave in the back, however she was the ONLY employee so she couldn’t. How dare you have One employee. I am wondering what will happen when she needs to use the restroom?I don’t remember this store being so dirty and run down. Will not be back! My favorite quick trip will be happy to help me. STAY AWAY

So i came in for a sec, bought me a pizza because im hungry. Got yelled at by the main management because i spent my money on a pizza so its my fault ur employee walks away to make it. Hire more staff thats not my problem. Dont complain about me making a purchase. I can go to speedway down the street where theres 1 guy working at 2:30 am and buy a freshly large pizza. Fix ur management. They make people not wanna do business. Only good people working is no one who is a manager. That means the regular employees.

I had to give it at least a star because I can't give negative stars I went to this Speedway at 1298 Vierling Dr E in Shakopee to use the bathroom which was disgusting I had to pick up a few things When I got to the bathroom this is what I found mind you this bathroom is a single person bathroom THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR I can't tell you how many times I've used the "men's" bathroom and no one thinks twice about it.

We stop by there for some snack and use the bathroom. They told us to leave and get out because their system was down. They wouldn't even let us the bathroom and kick us out quick. My husband got some drink and was told he can't buy and to leave. Rude staff and management. I work at a gas station before too and this is not how I was trained. I'll take my money somewhere else.

I was at this gas station yesterday 5/19/23 around 4pm. I have used my credit card on pump 9. My credit went through, I waited and waited and no fuel was coming out. I went inside to report the pump was not working. The two white women who were inside, were extremely, rude, disrespectful, and their behavior were racist. I don’t use the word “ racist” lightly. They ignored me, refused to offer me any solutions. I have to come up with solutions for them. For example, they refused to come outside and checkout what the issue was. They were giving me excuses saying “ we are dealing with cash and can’t leave each other”. They could have said give us few minutes and we will be with you ones we are done the task at hand. They had no clue what customer service is. They didn’t come up with another solution for me. I told them, “ let me pre-pay and go to another pump”. They couldn’t even come up with that. They were agitated and seemed bothered by my presence there. Outside. I had two white women (other customers) came to me and apologize to me for their behavior and disrespect towards me. I know for sure to never come back to this business again because it is not safe for me to be abused like that. To make matters worse, I had small child with me in the car. These women’s poor work ethics are unacceptable and beyond cruel.

Guy wearing a beanie who was there Monday at 5:30pm is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered, every thing is an inconvenience. Can’t even get a bag for 5 drinks, avoid going here at this time the guy needs a new line of work. Standing outside on the phone yelling when there’s 3 customers in the store for what purpose

I went today dec 7th 2022 on a Wednesday @4:45 pm and it was closed me and 5 other people tried to go in but there was no one there and we all left and there were 3 people at the pump and they left as well , don’t know how this gas station was closed on peek hour . Anyways will think agian not to go there agian in peek hours because waisted 5 minutes of my time , going to another gas station to get what I need after work
