Awful customer service. The store was not busy at all, one customer was behind me. I asked the lady to scan my gopher 5 to see if I had won. She says, “did you scan to see if it’s a winner?” I said, “no can you just scan it since it’s not busy?” And she made me go over to the machine and scan it. Meanwhile- 5 other employees just sat behind the counter and chatted. One of them could have helped the other lady. Ridiculous. Don’t sell lottery here if you don’t want to check the tickets. Especially because most of the time the ticket checker machine doesn’t work half the time. Awful experience and super lazy employees!!!!

Employees are clueless and will steal your gas and coupons from you. Than tell you to wait an hour for management to come. Do yourself a favor and avoid this station.

bad service the attention tonight. the manager and the employee are offensive. I only use Apple Pay at all gas stations and it turns out that holiday doesn't accept Apple Pay. You just have to have a credit card. the ATM does not work for Apple Pay debit card.It's their policies and I get it. just that they should have customer care and not treat the customer like a criminal.I always use holiday and the first time I use payment inside. I will no longer use this service station because of the bad customer treatment.all gas stations accept Apple Pay outside. don't make someone have a bad day by having a bad staff.Today 04/12/23 09:44pm

Please ignore the last 5 reviews of this ignorant woman who (from what I was told) threw an adult tantrum because she was ID’d and didn’t bring it with her. So she went out of her way to make fake accounts just to tarnish this good man’s imagine because she became disrespectful and wouldn’t leave the store when asked.This holiday is exceptionally better than the rest in town and when you come by you’ll see why. It’s my favorite gas station in Shakopee!

After initially being very rude, starting with snarky comebacks such as 'ugh i know where this product is' ( i was just trying to help ) to slamming my items down on the counter when I told the manager I had to go home to get my ID. When I returned, I told Joe the manager, I felt offended being a new but consistent customer (still not understanding the disrespect as the other employees are so nice!) he then told me to leave, and then he tried to threaten me.

I know it's hard to find good help, I've worked in customer service and I know sometims you have a bad day but you should never bring it to work. 'manager' with another gas station's uniform on. This is YOUR job we, the customers, didn't ask you to be here especially with an attitude. @Joe

Everyday this week they've ignored us customers waiting to come in and get our morning things. We got the excuse Monday "I'm the only one here". I guess we're going to Kwik Trip now. Lazy ***s!

Definitely not the worst or best holiday but it's better than average for sure
