Our first experiences buying appliances here. We were looking for a deeper fridge as ours was counter depth. We found a Samsung on line Mega Capacity 31 cubic ft for $1499 that had been $2399 .So on a whim jumped in the car Sunday night 1/28 as they were open till 8 pm The store department serviced by Bill N that night. When we arrived we saw the fridge marked down to $1299! Are you kidding me? 31 cu. ft and designed with handles that allowed us to get a bigger fridge that was in a tight corner and would allow door to open fully! By opening Home Depot line of credit got another $100 off. It has double ice bin making cubes and nugget size; an ice scoop, inside water feature and fingerprint resistant stainless Too good to be true?? Not in this case! Bill was outstanding and got the fridge entered for delivery and completed sale in 20 minutes. It is a stunning sleek French door; double lower drawers and fridge and delivery/install seamless by the crew on 2/2 and relocated our old fridge to garage to use there for just $40. A deal too good to pass up! Bill N charming, well trained and friendly! Thank you Bill and delivery for getting this beauty into our home!

My husband and I frequent this location a lot since we are finishing our basement. We have been several times recently and have interacted with Doug Terks and wow what great customer service! He has helped us with tiles, carpeting, padding, and any other questions we've had! Each time he has approached us on his own and asked if we need any assistance and makes himself completely available to help us find exactly what we are looking for. What a great guy! Thanks for all your help Doug. Overall we have had good interactions with staff at this location and can find what we need.

My husband and I had some returns and also needed to purchase a shower enclosure. I was absolutely impressed with all the young gentlemen at customer service. Helping one another, helping customers, friendly and customer focused. Great job to these men. And also specifically a young man floating outside and in named Justin. Extremely helpful. Very impressed!

I ordered a custom door and when I received it was painted when the order clearly stated unfinished. They offered to exchange for correct door and acknowledged it was their fault but refusing to remove the wrong door they sent. “You can do it [but we won’t help]”! Buyers beware.

tried to buy doors.called. after several trasfers i got a hang up. called again spoke to prodesk.unwilling to help.says she has no one working in doors and windows and hanged up.called lowes and received perfect customer service. avoid this store

Really like that the staff all wear mask - correctly. To me this shows a lot of respect for the customers. Always helpful and well stocked.

I ordered a GE freezer in April and they have canceled the delivery 4 times. It was rescheduled for the third time to come on 6/30 and I just received a text that is now coming 8/27!!!!! I called to ask and they just transfer you around until you get disconnected. I will be going to Lowes and Menards in the future.

As a woman, I dread going to Home Depot or similar type of store. Remodeling and tools are not my forte. I feel very overwhelmed and lost in the store. What would make my occasional yet essential visits to Home Depot less dreadful would be a friendly helpful staff. I'm standing here waiting for an bathroom vanity top to be taken down from a high up shelf for me to look at/purchase and I was treated poorly by staff member , so, I thought it is important I write this review and share my experience: I'm trying to buy a vanity top. You would think that asking for it to be brought down by an employee of HD would be a normal thing to do. The employee that I found to help me, Darrel, made sure to give an irritated sigh, like I'm such a burden to his life, and be very short and condescending when he spoke to me. Then in front of my earshot he told his other co worker "it's going to be a while. I have to help this person and I have to get a lift..." then he throws his hands in the air like he is some entitled spoiled child that was just given a chore by his mother. Not okay. I told myslef that he is probably just having a bad day and to just smile and let it go. But when he came back to get the vanity top down with the lift he had a few more condescending lines for me. I decided to address this to him personally with assertive yet a gentle tone letting him know that as a woman who isn't familiar with home remodeling he has not made this a comfortable experience for me. He then doubled down with his attitude furthermore letting me know that he has worked there for 18 years and never had a complaint. I asked his name. He said Darrell. Hope he isn't lying about his name. But yeah, not a wonderful experience for me today. I've had great experiences in the past at the Home Depot in Eagan and pretty much all Menards stores.

I always have such a meaningful experience when I go there to pick out plants. Dory, from the Shakopee location is my plant shaman and she is giving me so much advice! everybody who works there is so kind and they treat my dog really well too!
