DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE. i went and spent $12.87. My card has now been charged 10 different times from this location for random amounts. I repeat DO NOT USE YOUR CARDS HERE ONLY USE CASH THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU!

Be vigilant with the vapes here when testing them. Apparently there’s an issue with a lot of defective units which is further complicated with people trying to exchange empty vapes for new ones.I bought an expensive Escobar, tested it in store, and it seemed to work. I found out when I got home that the vape for some reason kept dispensing for the maximum duration after taking a puff, and it also wouldn’t charge.I came back the very next day with my receipt. After a lot of hassle explaining the situation and demonstrating the issue to the cashier, I was told there’s nothing she can do (store policy, not her fault since her hands were tied).I was finally able to have the cashier call the owner who promptly offered a replacement. I tested it in front of her: exact same issue.The cashier took down the defective box of Escobars, and I finally went with a different flavor that works and also had it checked that it charged before leaving. I’ve never had such a bizarre issue like this anywhere else.I would have given 5 stars if it didn’t require having to call the owner to have a demonstrably defective unit simply replaced like any other piece of defective merchandise.Knowingly selling potentially defective units at a discount with no refunds feels a bit shady, but since the owner approved a replacement without hassle, I decided not to give 1 star. Nonetheless, I won’t be buying anything from here again, as something weird is going on somewhere, I just don’t know who’s responsible.It sounds like the Escobar supplier, but the store should be sending back the defective units instead of trying to sell them at a discount.For what it’s worth, the Escobar deal included a free SWFT and that one works fine.

I like this store and the people who work here but its 9:20am july 13th 2023...and it says the store opens at 9am... Seen 30 people come and go and the store isnt open yet.Super frustrating. Why not just change the opening hours to 10am if its gona be like this? This store really needs a competitor tobacco store nearby that opens on time....what a waste of mine and others time

I am a loyal custom and rewards member here or used to be. I purchased a vape device, brought it home and it would not charge. I asked for an exchange and they said they don't return anything with no exceptions. Won't be returning to this store ever again.

Never open on time. It’s not hard to wake up and be to work by 9am but the employees of this location (and the Shakopee location) just can’t seem to get there on time. The music is awful, with explicit and demeaning language.Otherwise a great selection and the staff is friendly. Just don’t go there at 9am. %90 chance they won’t be open.
