I was traveling to Fergus Falls for a memorial service on Friday July 23, 2021. we stopped for gas. I parked and when I came out, my car wouldn't start. Someone in the station said Boyer was across the street. I called and they sent someone over quickly. He determined that it was the starter.

This is a HORRIBLE company to work with!!! I called to ask why my order was messed up when trying to get my back window fixed and the manager, Rachel, kept talking over me and interrupting me. She would ask what my problem was and when I would try to tell her she would start talking over me so I couldn't explain anything. I asked her who her manager was and she laughed at me saying, "I am the manager of all the Branches". When I asked who the owner was she told me his name but would not connect me with his voicemail or give me a contact number. An outside agency ended up having to fix my problem because she was to unprofessional to handle her job. One of the most horrific phone experiences I have ever had with a "manager" and she just cost the company a complaint from the Better Business Bureau.
