Wow! The customer service is phenomenal at JK Self Storage. The move in process was so easy. They checked in with me numerous times throughout our rental. Everyone I talked to was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend JK Self Storage for all your storage needs.

So far all the ladies have been great. Brandi went above and beyond with her patience and was very very helpful for a couple of us who all showed up at the office at the same time, plus handle a phone call very well at the same time!The storage unit is clean and affordable.

Jk storage has an exceptional management team with a maintenance staff that would impress the army corps of engineers. The site I'm at in albertville is phenomenal! If you have storage needs, jk storage is where you want to store those treasures. Jk storage should be the model for how this industry is run. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The manager at the Sartell gated facility is one of the nicest people I've dealt with in customer service. Also it is always plowed right away after any snowfall. I couldn't ask for a better company for my storage needs then JK Self Storage. Thanks JK
