They had me write down my information for the owner to receive a refund due to a machine stealing $20 for me. I went about everything properly, camera above the machine, asked an employee for assistance & left my info. It’s been weeks no refund & now I’ve been told by the manager they don’t have to refund my money. My boyfriend tried to assist after multiple attempts from me to receive my refund. The white female manager was going to call him the N-word before he got upset & she decided against it. Horribly run business. Why set up in a lower income area to steal from the customers?

Where do I begin, ? well first off the location is amazing. I love that i can use my credit card to upload to laundry card. It's always clean and no waiting. I've come at different times of the day and the staff is always respectful and helpful My first time here Brandon was so helpful in showing me how everything works and when it came time to go he with no hesitation grabbed my bags held the door and proceeded to carry My things to the car. He does this every time I arrive it's like he knows My car ? and he addresses me by name a plus in my book.

This place is always clean. Everything works as it should and the employee Sarah is awesome. Super friendly , approachable and attentive. I would definitely go out of my way to get to this laundry mat instead of the one closer to my house that is walking distance

Upon driving up to the establishment, this location is on the outskirts of the Cubs Supermarket. The potholes in Minnesota need to be worked on; people can lose their cars driving in this state.The parking lot is crowded, and tons of people are milling about. Once I walked into the laundromat, I noticed how well-lit it was and the clean floors. The Outside may have looked like trash, but the inside at least is clean. All the machines are "card operations" make sure to go to the front wall by the Customer Service Window and get a "wash card." You can use cash, card, etcetera to get this card.Go to your washer/dryer, and follow directions to get your wash going. Hold your wash card to the card payment (black scanner) and push the button simultaneously to start the machine. If you have questions, a gentleman was cleaning and covering the floor.They had at least seven folding tables that I counted, and they were wiped down pretty consistently by the guy. They have a sign on the door that states No Public Restrooms. However, if you're a patron, you can get a bathroom key.It costs to start for the smallest machines in the back of the building 3.25$ to wash. The dryers cost .95 cents per 11 minutes, not the typical .25 cents I've seen across the country to dry at 8 minutes per(we'll see how well it does drying at my standards of low temp for 55 minutes.)They have a TV playing, so there's a little distraction.Alright! Clothes came out clean, smelling fresh, and dried amazingly in 45 minutes on Low temp. I would recommend using this laundromat despite its outside appearance, even if drying is a little more expensive than most laundromats across the country.
