It difficult to move around while there, all of the aisles and areas to walk are covered with incoming shipments. And it seems like it is always during busy times of the evening.

Absolutely no stars !! I called at five pm to verify their money center hours and was advised by an associate that answers their phones I mean it couldn’t possibly been a customer answering stating they close at eight pm could you believe as I’m walking up 6:55 a associate states they just closed and was directed to run self check out as I explained to her I called and verified can you just open it back to address my money concerns and me ? she’s going to get help only to get supervisor to tell me they open tomorrow at eight am to eight pm and that’s THAT so much for visit at Robert st location in Saint Paul currently at Vadnais Heights location shopping where I should have came in the first place!!! Do what you will with this review!!

Great store and worth the drive from St. Paul. Thanks for everyone being so helpful in electronics while I was trying to purchase my daughters iPad. Thank you for all your knowledge in helping me choose the right one for her needs. I bought a cool portable vacuum and once again nice employees and a comfortable environment with SO many options and sizes. Clean, well stocked, and friendly people. Thanks everyone

I would give 0 stars if possible. Sat in pick up for 45 minuets. No one answered the phone at pick up, hung up on 6 times on the store line for the operator. Then miraculously someone answered and said they would check on it. 20 minutes later called 1-800 Walmart customer service and they were no help either. Currently sitting at customer service and asked for the manager. Was told to go back out and wait in my car again.

This place doesn't even deserve the one star I gave it! Poor attitudes from customer service. Employees never seem to even want to help with the service that the store provides. The last 3 times I went to this store. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else! I love walmart! Buttons store needs to be closed down!!!

Never before in my life have I been assaulted, harassed, & abused for being a "high-roller" customer!I'm disabled so I have certain limitations but we have just moved AND it was my son's birthday so we were filling 3 carts & took a break after shopping for 6 HOURS to eat at subway at which time this ghetto, unprofessional, dirty, messy woman starts saying she's going to take our shopping cart to Customer service if we don't have a receipt. I tell her we don't have a receipt, we haven't checked out yet, we aren't finished shopping. That we are just taking a break & I asked her not to take the cart as I didn't want anything to be taken out after having been there shopping all day. She starts asking me what else I need to buy; really aggressive. In my face & keeps saying she's taking it. She's taking it. I don't understand what is happening I tell them you are harassing a customer over a potential $600-$700 sale right now. What is your problem? I'm ready to just leave it right now & walk out. She says go ahead & someone else starts taking it!!! Security comes over & says that they are "loss prevention" I'm thinking "loss prevention" I'm disabled & on a motorized cart. Exactly how am I going to make my "great escape" with my huge cart overflowing cart with groceries & other household items that my young son is pushing? Furthermore, don't they check your receipt before you leave? If you don't have things on bags? I'm a pretty terrible thief just to have a piled high cart with nothing bagged. And to spend 6 hours at the store to steal groceries? Really? I'm sure if I wanted $400 worth of items there are things that you can carry on your hands in & out? Just saying... why would I spend my whole day there to try and steal groceries? & this was a mountain of groceries. This is a new place I moved to so absolutely no staples nothing I'm buying everything from scratch... even if i had good legs, it's super heavy. You can't push it fast. And without bags, trying to put ALL those items into a car that I parked right at the front where they can easily see me because of my disability (Disabled parking), would take a really long time... I mean seriously!!! I'm pretty upset! I wear a $500 coat rated for -20° Temps, for snow, rain, & wind. It's made for ski slopes. I have a $300 dye job & THE top of the line, most expensive Android phone on the market. Nothing about this makes any sense why they would target me like this! All I see is discrimination because I have a disability? I never, at ANY point, made ANY attempt to leave the store. This is completely Intolerable & UNACCEPTABLE. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was a manager. I said I wanted to speak to her supervisor. She said she didn't have one that she was the only manager there that day.. at Walmart... 5 mins later when I was asking for that woman's name the lady I asked said well which manager are you talking about there are several managers here. I'm a manager. She even tried to get the store manager but for some reason, everyone was afraid of the messy bully woman which said "coach" on her tag not manager... there are always those personalities who intimidate others... & in this case no one would assist me in getting a different manager she said you can call back tomorrow when we're open again & complain. Just like she knew she was not only inconvenience me but giving me major anxiety (because I also told her that I had an anxiety disorder to which she said yeah, I have anxiety, everybody got anxiety)Yes, I will definitely NOT be going here EVER AGAIN, but I will also probably follow up with some type of suit... citing previous suits in which Walmart staff made similar erroneous stops causing people to suffer indignity, anxiety loss of necessities, etc. And in this case discrimination against the disabled

I had an awful experience with Walmart that compelled me to leave this one-star review. Their treatment of both customers and employees is deplorable. It's disheartening to witness a company prioritize profits over the well-being of those who contribute to its success. Additionally, Walmart's growing monopoly is concerning, as it stifles healthy competition and limits choices for consumers. Steer clear if you value ethical business practices and fair treatment.

Dirty, like can't grab a 6 or 12 pack without finding g it sticky, ground & shelving broken & crammed with the same stuff restricting walking down certain isles, that had no room to be stocked.

So first of all I find it absolutely ridiculous that I had to check out 3 separate times in one trip. I get that you don't want people stealing but then the items could be taken up front to a register so I could have paid for everything at one time. And that's another thing, since most of the lanes are self checkout and if I want out of the store in a timely manner I must ring myself up. Therefore it should receive an employee discount since not one employee is helpful or seems to know anything about where things are located. Don't need anything that is in a locked case cuz that requires an employee with the correct set of keys and I'm unsure if they even exist. Thoroughly disappointed in the lack of service.
