I came in to do my brows. I have very dull and thick brows but the lady made them so thin. One side was even more thin and had a different shape to the other side. I went in to speak to the owner and all she had to say was next time wait for someone else. I am so disappointed. I’ve been coming here for 8 years, always tipping after every service.

My sister went there to get her eyebrows waxed, and the lady did the opposite of what she asked for. This lady made my sister’s naturally thick brows so thin, she cried. When she brought the issue up to the owner, she was told, “you should have waited for someone else”. Then she turned her back and left my sister. Now tell me, is this not the height of madness? This is not the place to go. I used to go there when I was absolutely desperate, but I’d rather look like a grizzly than let them touch any part of me. It’s such a shameful and lackluster service. Plus, you’re not even safe there. It’s sketchy! But to be a horrible service on top of being in an unsafe location clearly shows these people don’t care about their customers. They want money; quality and cleanliness be da*med. These folks are just not it; go at your on risk. Perhaps “wait for a better stylist”:)

I walked into their establishment at 6:20pm and they closed at 6:30pm and was denied service they don’t honor their hours and they do what they want because they in a black community and just like everybody else they treat us any kind of way. Katie told me Lynn could do my strips then Jennifer said I couldn’t get it done even though it was within their business hours so I was denied service for no reason at all didn’t even try to accommodate me and they don’t care they make millions of dollars off the black community and treat us like nothing this a very said day because I gotta part ways I’m tired of these establishments treating us any kind of way on top of the cleanliness being low level. Also if you want to see somebody get beat up along with your services this the place to go to

Mae is horrible . She was so rough and was rushing me to pay 70 $ and my nails falls the next week acrylic I am talking about when I call them for repair they charge 10$ per finger and filthy place by the way. Run

I been coming here over 18 years and Katie always do my eye brows always was sweet, bubbling and very professional. This year something is really off with her she don’t speak back now and just rude. I’m just in shocked how she act now.

We really need to find somewhere else to go. I stood out side for 15 minutes waiting for them to open. Four people came up and when I told her I wanted a polish change, she directed the others then looked at me and said "no one here for you" Unbelievable

Heather is extremely distasteful and rude. I came in to get my eyebrows done as I have been for the last 20 years. I say the same thing every time… clean up, no thickness or length taken off as i have extremely thick eyebrows. Heather proceeded to wax my brows and took half of my eyebrow with it. My brows are now extremely thin. I called saying how dissatisfied I was 10 minutes after leaving the shop and she hung up on me after saying no refunds. The shop blocked my number as well. I called again from a different number to ask why they hung up on me and they hung up again. 0/10. I have been coming here for 20+ years with my family. I will NEVER spend another dime here. Jennifer and Katie , please never let her do this to another person again.

Took my girlfriend here once and I won’t ever again . She literally complained to me about how rude everyone in the store was for the whole car ride home and she ain’t like her nails rush job don’t come here
