Honestly this place has been so good to me and my family over the years, I wouldn’t bring my vehicles or my kids vehicles anywhere else! They always have great service and can usually get you in and out fairly quick, which I appreciate. My only issue with the place is that one of the employees who works there has such rotten smelling breath not only was I feeling physically sick when he was processing my payment, but even my child said something about it, When I got back into my vehicle I had to roll all the windows down because the smell was stuck in my vehicle. as I said before the service here is great and I’ve always had good luck with these guys. But I feel if you’re going into a random persons vehicle you’d be more careful and make sure it smells as it did when I arrived, The smell made me physically sick to my stomach, I am going to be coming back here as I do regularly, but I’m hoping this review gets seen by the right people and something gets solved.

Don’t stand by their work or make good on their mistakes. They failed to secure my oil pan plug and the engine fried. Agreed to split the cost of a new engine, and then they reneged on the deal. My “oil change” ended up costing 7 grand. So unfortunate for a local shop. Plenty of other options. Use them.

Went there for an alignment; was told it needed ball joints on one side before an alignment could be done. Was also told a wheel bearing was bad. My trusted mechanic then checked, said the bearing was fine and the ball joints had only minimal wear, not enough to hinder proper alignment work. Precision wanted to rook me out of $1.340.73 in addition to alignment cost.

They will do a bunch of "work" on your car without asking, and just calmly slide you a bill that's hundreds of dollars more than you were expecting.

Have had work done here on a few occasions a few years ago and always have been honest and easy to work with. Bought two new vehicles so haven't had any work done here for a few years. Wife's suv started leaking a little oil so ran it down to have it checked out. Found out it was only an oil filter that must have had a defect. Happy that still the honest place it has only been and is competetive price wise.
