He looked at my car. Didn’t really want to help me or give me a price on how much it was to fix. Like I didn’t have the money for it. Bad customer service place. Don’t get your car fixed here. Go somewhere else I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Michael is looking to save you money almost to a fault. He was trying to convince me that I didn't need to replace my brakes just yet. He said there was comfortably more than 5000 miles left. It is harder for me to get time off to bring my car in than to change brake pads with some wear left. Michael is honest, hard working, and careful. Can't say enough positives about my experience with Phalen Auto.

Michael is the kindest and incredibly honest! He will only repair what needs to be done on a car and will not waste your money with unneeded repairs. I live in the neighborhood and this is the place i send all of my friends. I have had numerous cars serviced over the years and michael does an excellent job!

Michael, cannot rave about his technical and mechanical knowledge of my car since 2016!! I drive at 2008 Subaru Outback and the car is still alive because of regular maintenance by Michael and his team.The price is super reasonable and Michael and his team has great sense of customer service and truly care about my car. The best part of Phalen Auto is that I am always receive truthful advice on my car's service and maintenance and it is important for a non-mechanical female driver. Michael only tells you what really needs to be fixed instead of other add-ons (like other mechanics would do)and helps you save money in repairs. I cannot rave about this place enough!!!
