After spending $1000 for parts discovered the wrong vent window rubber was sent. They requested I ship back on my dime ($20) Said they would correct. All they did was refund didn't even try to send correct part BAD Customer service.

I ordered a spare tire cover 45 days ago and have not received it. I have call two times to follow up and still have not received it.. Now the phone is busy for the last 3 working days. It appears to be placed on hold permanatly so they will not receive any call. It makes me wonder if they are out of business.

Order off internet and was missing parts called and said it doesn't come with it anymore as the part list was not write I could have purchased the same thing for 20.00 less now it's going to cost me 20.00 more if I send them back no help

After extensive research looking for custom cut replacement glass in our 49 Chevy, National Chevy Association out of St. Paul is absolutely the #1 go to spot. Friendly folks who truly know what they're talking about and their products. This rare gem operation is dedicated to 49-54 Chevy restoration parts. Even after we snagged our MSRA membership discount, we noticed a hiccup in our billing receipt and they were Jonny on the spot to correct the error. We just don't find customer service like that much anymore! Highly recommend giving National Chevy Association a shout, their knowledge and experiences are top notch!!
