When I initially went to Martin Bedding, I like what I saw, but when I actually bought my mattress, I feel I didn't get the mattress that I chose in the showroom. My daughter in law called right away, they told her there was nothing they could do because the plastic had been removed from the mattress. I cannot sleep comfortably on this mattress because it is too soft, when I told the man who was showing me mattresses I needed a firm mattress because I have a bad back. I just want my money back, but they won't take the mattress back, so I'm basically stuck with a mattress I don't want, and really can't get a good night sleep on.
