I used to be a manager at this location, and I understand it's illegal to sell cigarettes to people under the age of 21, and I understand it's your responsibility to card anyone who appears to be under the age of 40, but it is NOT your job to humiliate an old man who is CLEARLY MUCH older than 40 when he lost his wallet. If you disagree, Holiday and Circle K are really missing the mark. You don't want my business? Good; you won't get it again.

The big guy on overnights is really nice and helpful but the one with the red hair consistently talks about weird conspiracy theories and asks customers to join in. Last time I was there, she was going on about how Saint Jude’s is part of the Illuminati and trafficking the sick kids. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but that’s just too aggressive of a conversation to be having in the workplace and definitely too aggressive to be asking customers to join in. And super offensive to anyone with sick kids. Whenever I’m there, it’s always conspiracy theories or she’s bossing people around while not actually doing anything. The only people there I’ve experienced be consistently helpful were the big guy and sometimes the younger guy, but she’s always telling them to work in the back.

The hot tea water was so hot it almost elated the foam cup. The lid was flimsy and as I grabbed the tea in my car it pinched both sidestogether and flipped off the lid and as I was setting it down ot was so hot and spilling out because the cup couldn't hold up it spilled on my right thigh and hand. I was on my way to work and tried to nurse my hand. Now I have a second degree burn. Please address this issue as others may have worse complications. It's over 6 hours and even with meds and creams it still burns.

Likes to keep tobacco shop closed just because they are lazy and won’t even open it when a customer asks about it in the middle of the day. Will be going to speedway instead from now on for everything
