I had an issue with my exhaust. I gave them a call, they tried to fit me in that same day so I dropped it off. By the end of the day my vehicle was fixed. The great service they gave me and the amazing value for their time and effort is unbeatable.

These guys have fantastic prices, high quality service, great communication, and friendly staff. I had them install coilovers on my mazda3, and when I arrived to pick up the car, they took me into the shop and showed me concerns they had and helped me adjust my ride height.
I highly reccomend this shop.

I was having trouble with the air pressure on one of my tires. I needed to drive over 50 miles to get home and was weary I would end up on the side of the road. I explained the situation and he brought my car in within 10 minutes. He checked and added air and assured me that tire was ok. I haven't had any problems with it today

Brought in a Kia van that had problems and was running rough. Day we took in it was running normal again. Owner Nick was great…he looked at codes, gave an assessment, and although he was pretty sure what one of the problems was, he suggested we drive it more to see if issue comes back. Previously dealership said it needed a repair that would have cost over $5,500, which is more than the van is worth. In past we used Hazel Park Auto for repairs for many, many years when Bill was owner. We only stopped going there when we purchased newer vehicles under warranty. Happy to see Nick is carrying on the tradition of great service at fair prices. I highly recommend!

We started coming to Hazel Park somewhere around 20+ years ago when Bill owned it. My father and he went to mechanics school together. Dad was the old man & Bill the young one. When my father decided that he was getting too old to be under our cars he came to Bill. Now Bill is retired and we still come to Hazel ParkAuto. They not only remember our names, and do great work, but they do not try to sell us what we don’t need and all at reasonable prices. They are great people!

Very honest auto shop. For instance, they told me that I only needed my front brakes replaced and that I could wait on my rear ones when they could have easily just lied and charged me for a full set of brakes. There are some other examples I have, but this instance is what made me a loyal customer.They don't try to screw over their customers like a lot of places, and their customer service is great. I highly recommend this shop :)

I had scheduled an appointment on a Thursday a week and a half in advance. I dropped my car off the Wednesday night before my appointment. I gave them a call Thursday morning and they said they'd look at my car. They never returned my call that day. So I called on Friday morning. Didn't answer the phone a few times. After the 2nd or 3rd call throughout the day, a man answered the phone and responded with an attitude "you have to schedule these things in advance, we're usually a week out". As I was responding to this with "well I scheduled an appointment for Thursday" he HUNG UP ON ME. Later in the day Friday he called me back and said "we have your car here ready for you but you have to come now because I'm leaving early today" so I had to drop everything I was doing which I WAS EATING DINNER. When I arrived, the price wasn't accurate. He initially charged me 240$ for a pig tail headlight. I immediately questioned it. He was like "oh yeah sorry I mis priced it, that'll be 190$". At this point I was just fed up with the service. I wrote the check and got out of there as soon as I could. After getting out to my car, THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. Never had an issue with my battery before. I went back into the shop and informed the worker my battery was now dead. He blamed it on the battery's age. Again, never had an issue with my battery before. Luckily the car started after the 3rd attempt. A week after fixing my headlight's pigtail, (All this for a pigtail btw), the headlight went out again. Didn't fix the issue. I called them back and explained the issue again. They said they'd return my call. It's been a week now. THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED MY PHONE CALL YET. My family and I have been loyal customers here for 10+ years, giving them plenty of business. I have to say we no longer will be going here. Overall service: Incredibly terrible, unprofessional, and a rip off. Didn't honor the appointment I made, seemed clueless about prices, and gave me attitude when I just gave them a call. Recommendation: DON'T GO HERE.
