Stopped by with no appointment and no problem! Very clean salon, fair prices and super nice staff. Huge selection of gel colors the young man that did my toes took so much care! Will def return!

This salon is a joke. I went in looking for a french tip with acrylic powder and they said they couldn't do it. they instead talked me into getting the ugliest color ever and left me so upset. 0 stars if i could. they are very rude and unprofessional. Multiple people walked out while i was here because of their attitude.

I made an appointment and they told me to come at 7, and when I arrived I found out the shop is supposed to close at 7. I asked if they still had time to do a luxury pedicure or should I come back the next day or do the basic one. They assured me they had time. The technician rushed through the pedicure, skipping some of the advertised steps, then put a coat of paint on and had me get up and go to the dryers. A few minutes later she had me pay and started trying to put my shoes on. I told her I thought my toes were still wet and she touched my toes and said "no they're dry," and resumed putting my shoes on. Sure enough, I got home and as soon as I took off my shoes, looked down to see smudged polish because they weren't dry. Disappointing experience and not worth the price at all.

Go see Lien Ya! She's so talented, patient and takes her time! She's great at what she does! She's genuine and has wonderful talented ideas on nail art! Highly recommend!

If I could give them a zero I would!! This place is horrible service, make you wait a long time and want to charge you for everything not even joking. I understand their work is valuable but this place just wants you ripped you off. They charge extra for a color, extra for a little little length, extra for shape, extra for having two color, even for one!! They even charge you for doing regular or gel, whatever it is just expect to pay +75 and 15-20 for any design even if it's two lines!! And then leave you like this! Never coming back.

I had a 230 appointment. I waited 30 minutes to get in. I should have walked out. And it still took almost 2 hours for gel polish change. What's the point of making an appointment if you don't honor it.

I have tried to give this nail salon a couple chances. The two times I have gone there, the ladies can not get the designs right. My third time going I scheduled an appointment for a certain time. I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Highly upset. Will not be going back.

What I asked for vs. what I got It was my first time at this specific place and the people were very welcoming and gentle. The only thing was that on one side of my middle finger, it was more straight than the other side. But I can get over it.

I was disappointed going here. The lady who did my nails was super nice , don't get me wrong, however my nails were not how I wanted them. I wanted them sharper and they were still dull, my middle finger is crooked and all of the nails look lumpy if that makes sense. I had accidentally touched one nail in the drying process and asked for them to repaint it. A man had me sit down to fix it, and I asked "hey, I had wanted my nails sharper, would you be able to do that for me?" To which he replied "your nails are already done." In a rude tone. Then, he repainted the nail with the wrong shade of red. Dissapointed to say the least.
