Waited over an hour on hold.. so I decided to drive to cvs and was still on hold when I got there. Turns out the pharmacist was all by himself. Almost anytime I’ve come to pick up medication it’s an hour wait.

The pharmacists and techs are all very polite and efficient, but CVS so chronically understaffs their pharmacy counters both in Targets and in their own stores that coming here to pick up meds takes at a minimum 20 minutes.Please treat your staff more kindly and have enough of them on hand to make both their work environment less horrible and picking up meds a less painful of an experience for customers. Though I can't help but to wonder if it's deliberate to push people into doing mail order as much as they can so they can cut back on staffing.

Worst CVS Pharmacy I've ever seen. Always a line into the aisle with 1 person checking people out and 4 more behind the counter sorting prescriptions not wanting to check people out. Then they advertise walk ins for vaccination even have a sign in the area saying walk ins welcome. Sat in line for 30 mins with a person in a wheelchair to have them tell me I need an appointment. When you go online to even try this location never even comes up in the results and it was the same last year. Horrible customer service. If you're ada stay away for sure.

Good pharmacy, friendly staff, not overcrowded. Located in the Highland Park neighborhood. Inside of one of those "mini" Targets so you can get some other things besides prescriptions, like a convenience store.

We were notified by CVS our daughter’s antibiotics were ready. I arrived and they said it still needed to be filled and would be another 30 minutes. I was unable to wait due to needing to go back to work. I returned after work, 4 hours late and after waiting again in their long line they notified me that they actually didn’t have the medication but would be willing to send the script to another CVS. I asked why I wasn’t told this when I came in earlier and they said they didn’t know then. I then asked why when they realized this they didn’t call and they just said that the system should have notified us but they didn’t control that. This is simply unacceptable, when people are sick and need meds; they need to pick up the phone instead hiding behind their systems.

This is a rating for the pharmacist working alone when it was busy who very graciously gave me my vaccines I had scheduled with a line of people waiting. Give that man a raise and an assistant.

One of the pharmacists has been the reason we continue to visit. He is wonderful! Only complaint is not the business itself but the building. It's in a really busy area that's tough to get in and out of and often difficult to find parking.

Called over the phone to schedule a vaccine appointment, and was told to just drop in. When I took time off work to get to the pharmacy, the staff said to call and schedule an appointment instead. Incredibly frustrating experience.

Tried to transfer prescriptions here and they did nothing. Called 3 weeks later and was told it would be ready in 3 hours but they did nothing. Now I just get spam from CVS.

The Target CVS Pharmacy in Highland Park is probably in need of additional employees but that's everywhere.I give these guys five stars because no matter how busy it is and the random questions and requests, they're always professional, courteous, and helpful.It's a tough and busy job but someone has got to do it.

Every time I come to pick up a prescription after the promised time, often hours after the promised time, it is still not ready. Every. Time. Will be switching pharmacies.

I think all of the staff is amazing here, thank you all for working so hard! Peter is an amazing person, and always very kind.I hate how bad CVS must treat the employees here. I hope they give everyone a raise here and pay well enough to hire more staff.

Made an appointment for a flu shot, everything was on time, my insurance records synced up properly, and I even got a $5 coupon to use on anything in the store. The flu shot was free with my insurance. I love these little incentives for doing the right thing.The pharmacy staff were helpful, polite, and numerous enough that there was no line.Prices in the surrounding shop were much more reasonable than what I am used to.
