I closed an account on 10/27 and was told I would be mailed a check, was never told how long said check would take to arrive. Now it is 11/28 and still no check???? Called bank and no one is answering the phone???? Very quick to take your money whole other story giving it back to you!!!!!

Writing this to complain about employees Brain and Keiser, who today were standing around the lobby ranting about political misinformation they may have heard on InfoWars. This totally inappropriate and not what I need in my life while running errands. After being a customer for over a decade, I will now be moving my money to a credit union and wanted BOA to know that Brian and Keiser are specifically to blame.

The ambiance of the location is so welcoming, and the manager( Mr. Nima) is super fantastic, highly professional, and cool, making sure my challenges were well and all sorted, I was assigned to Ms. Kera she is such a pleasant, patient, and professional personnel, I wish all customers are directed to her, .lol.I opened an account successfully and stress-free, I'll recommend this location again and again!!!.. You guys rock.

This office is a bit weird because they don't have a normal set of teller windows. There are just offices of individual employees. They do not currently have a notary, but a lady told me she's in the process of becoming one.

They did not have a teller, I had to deposit cash and l couldn’t find my debit card. They told me the branch on university ave has one for sure. Traveled to other branch and no teller. Fortunately I have other bank accounts.

Refused to let me make a withdrawal without my debit card, which hadn't arrived in the mail yet. Apparently, my ID, SSN, phone verification, or letters from the bank weren't enough for them. The branch manager said, "There's nothing I can do", which is patently false as I went to another location and was able to complete my transaction without incident.Frustrated that they just shrugged like they were helpless and said, "Welp, I dunno!" What is a person supposed to do if they lose their debit card or it is stolen??

Made an appointment - not a walk-in - to open a new business account and after 30 minutes waiting still no one was available. Checked in but after that there was no one at the desk or offices at all. I walked out to take my business elsewhere. Only positive is that I found out at the beginning that this is not a place I want to do business with!!

I was just late and the bank was literally closing on my nose. I asked for the manager.i have an important corporate wire to make, that was already late. With the utmost patience he Took care of me. Mr. Lindsey is an extraordinary corporate leader and citizen at Bank of America!!!

I wanted to bank here, but the man said my credit needs to be run in order to open up a bank account. I spend about 30 minutes with the man and my daughter for nothing. I have a freeze on my credit account and I’m not willing to lift it. I opened up an account with Wells at age 18 and haven’t been anywhere else, I’m 33. I was thinking that’s the new things with banks. Come to find out months later it’s not. Unbelievable. I’m about to open an account with US Bank.
