I came into the AT&T store totally frustrated crazy mad because my headphones were not connecting with my watch. Two gentlemen immediately started helping me, Larry and Kyle. Larry spent about 20 minutes. It was not easy. He was polite, professional and kind because I was semi frustrated.We needed to try several things, but he finally got it working and guaranteed me that if I did lose a connection again, he would be there for me to fix it and teach me how to do it.I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. Makes me want to stay with AT&T.

I came in seeking guidance on some terms on a deal AT&T offered me but as soon as I mentioned the deal, the representative that I was sitting with stopped smiling at me and refused to answer my questions, instead saying “I make commission on phones you buy from me so I’m not going to help you buy a phone online.”

Best experience I’ve ever had with AT&T. Came in to upgrade 4 lines on our plan. Dylan was a pleasure to work with. Incredibly helpful, and had answered to every question I had.

What a wonderful team here at Highland Park AT&T! Always nice and professional.The store itself is crowded every time I come in but I would hangout there too just to talk with the staff more!

I walked in with a simple charging problem and Wally didn’t want to upgrade my phone. Kyle and his coworkers solved it quick and effectively. They even enjoyed my humor.

I'm so very disappointed. My daughter and I had an incredibly good experience with Dillon when trading in my phone for a new one. He asked what I did for a living (teacher), and informed me of the discount I would receive. I did not have my badge with me at the time, but brought it back later to fulfill the requirements of proof. Great! I was assured twice that I had been given the teacher discount. I was informed otherwise via email from ATT corporate. I went back to the store and explained the situation to Dillon. He said he would check with management, explain the situation and get back to me. That was 10 days ago and no follow up. I have left messages, but no response.

The staff is constantly on his phone while I am answering questions. Prepaid plan is confusing and they are not trying to help us

Awesome customer service. Brandon was patient, calm. He shared information with me at a pace I could mentally process. He helped me find the right phone and plan for me. He was very savvy and resourceful in figuring out snafus/settings as we set up my new phone and transferred data. He gave me pointers, which I appreciated. I know that I could've purchased the same phone, refurbished, online for much less, but the customer service at At&T was worth the cost to me. Thank you, Brandon!

I come here because it’s convenient. The staff can be rude at times but nonetheless, they still do their job.

This place is complete garbage they never open on time not even worth the tripI definitely will not be back we came here twice and they weren't even open at the time stated on the door not worth the trip wchoose the location in Roseville much better.
