“Years ago in Texas is when I first heard of Aldi. Those stores quickly became known but not for any positive reasons. These days, Aldi seems to have improved. This seems like a typical smaller store where you can find some decent deals. The selection is small, but you can find most staples.”

“I love Aldi in general, this location has been super convenient for me, and the one time that I had a question at checkout, it was taken care of immediately. While the self-checkout system may throw some less tech-savvy people off, I actually prefer it over cashiers, as it lowers the wait time significantly and is way less anxiety-inducing than the "old system" for me (there are less people watching you and less pressure to do everything at the speed of light so as to avoid inconveniencing other customers).”

“Definitely the nicest store in this little pocket. Faces Phalen Blvd and has a nice bike rack. Store is clean and have everything that you would expect from a normal Aldi. Unfortunately, the entrance that faces the rest of the shopping area stays locked at all times. Also, the bathroom doors are also locked. I'd expect an Aldis to do better in this regard.”

I ordered the pork with rice noodles, veggies and terriyaki sauce. It was pretty good. They do have other places to choose from like pizza, chicken, burgers and another asian place.
