Horrible costumer service. Manager from evening shift was very unprofessional with simple task such return. Have to call customer service and they had to go through all process step by step. Keep asking myself how this person even qualify to be a manager . Plus she was very abusive with her words . Terrible experience , never come back again.

Best customer service ever. I didn’t catch the gals name that helped me but she literally was incredible. She fitted me understood what I was looking for and understood my situation and bam found the most amazing bras. Definitely will be back

Shout out to Jordan! She was amazing! I had purchased items from the Woodbury location and later looked online and some of the clearance items I purchased were not only cheaper than what I had bought, but was an additional 40% off. I called the Rosedale location since the Woodbury one had already closed. She made it right! She gave me price matches and sent me a receipt via email. She went above and beyond! Highly recommend seeking her out if you are in the area! Thank you! Thank you!

I love Soma! Comfy bras and sexy. I love the quality a bit pricey but they have quite a variety. Sue is the best willing to work in your budget I never felt pressure to buy more than I can afford. Love love love Soma!

My least favorite activity in this entire world is bra shopping. When my beloved embraceable pushup was discontinued I held a grudge against soma and tried to shop elsewhere only to end up back at Soma. You just cant beat the comfort!

It was more on the expensive side, however it is good quality and good service. I had never been sized before and it honestly better than I thought it would be. I'm a weird size of in between for bras, but they were able to help me find two perfect pairs. I'm happy with this store and will return to treat myself soon.

They have excellent products here! Very high quality and beats the socks off of Victoria’s Secret. The sizing is true and there are tons of options for great everyday bras and underwear. They have adorable pajamas and night gowns as well. The ladies working at this store always make you feel comfortable and they make sure everyone finds what they are looking for. This is the only place my friend will shop for bras. They last for a very long time too without becoming uncomfortable.
