Store is a bit unclean. But the biggest reason for my rating is I walked in and none of the 3 staff members smiled or greeted me ; they all saw me but no greeting or smile. When I went up to the printing desk to ask if I could print something smaller than 8.5x11 and in cardstock they said you can use to self serve printer and just pointed to it. I asked at other locations I was told cardstock had to be at the desk they said nope self serve and you can just cut it yourself. Just felt like they didn’t want to help me :( went to Blaine location asked the same exact question and said yes we can do that no issues!

The store doesn't carry refills for Cross pens, which are very well-known pens. Also, staff cannot help with this.

Had a small print job that I tried to source to an internet print company - fail. Needed to get it done on a Saturday and called Office Max/ Office Depot. White Bear Office Max had the right paper but printer malfunctioned - they gave me the correct paper and sent me to Office Depot in Roseville. The associate at Office Depot immediately printed the job with no problem, and given we had problems at the other store did not charge us. Many thanks for the timely help and creative solution!

Awesome experience, Ruthie was very helpful and I especially appreciated how patient she was with training a new employee at the register. A very good experience with this location.

Not a huge deal but the person who walked in right before me was greeted and asked if they needed help finding anything but then I was ignored. When it came time to checkout I waited at least 10 minutes because the cashier was dealing with a difficult customer, obviously out of their control. But there were multiple employees standing around not doing anything that could have assisted me but just walked away instead. Once time to checkout the cashier was not friendly at all, although not his fault he could have just simply apologized for the long wait time but did not. Most likely will not return to this location, I’ve had good experiences at other locations.

Update 2023: Britney has met and exceeded our expectations once again!! All measurements precise and perfect. Copies perfect. Could not be happier!!!! Britney has been handling our color copy projects for years. She is the VERY best at what she does!! Takes a complex project, and makes it look easy. She also knows the whole store, and can advise on purchases of office products. We cannot recommend Office Depot highly enough because of Britney!! Other employees very friendly also!!
