Had a wedding ring with my wife's ring, her mother's rings designed and made by Buchkosky jewelers. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Sauli and Kristine led us through the entire process with no stress. I highly recommend Buchkowsky Jewelers!

The jewelers at Buchkosky Jewelry have worked on several pieces of heirloom jewelry for me. I have really appreciated the craftsmanship and attention they have given the items. Horrible customer service, a piece we had purchased from them broke, was repaired by them, and broke again. They refused to repair it and do not stand by their product. My family has been a customer for years and the service has gone downhill. There are plenty of other jewelry stores, bring your business elsewhere.

I was trying to cast my own engagement ring, but the oven wasn't going to be ready in time for the big day. I worked with Paul, and he took my material and wax carving and had it cast for me on very short notice. They did an excellent job and were very accommodating on this project. Thank you Paul!

Sent them an email asking if they would be interested in buying my dad's vintage watch collection. A woman named Elaina Morley emailed me and said they do purchase estate items. She said no appointment is needed. They do it on the spot. So.....I drive 43 min there. Some guy about 86 years old comes out of the back and asked if he could help me. I showed him my email from Elaina. He seemed unimpressed. I then began to show him my dad's watch collection and he seemed uninterested. He then said that he forgot his phone to take pictures of them. He than said that the person he wants to look at them isn't in and asked if I would come back? Obviously, feeling disrespected and unimpressed by his representation of this business, I just left. I wouldn't trust them with my business as customer service in the jewelry business is important and, after this encounter, I could never go near that store again. Too many in the same business not to try someone else!!

NIGHTMARE SCENARIO- we brought my engagement ring in for a simple resizing.They end up calling me and texting me (in the rudest tone might I add) that - surprise: “my ring isn’t a diamond and isn’t worth the value we said it was…” and that I can pay for a report if I want to send this new info to the ring jeweler.So obviously that’s very devastating and shocking news. And we were extremely upset and frantically contacting the other jeweler and trying to get appointments with gemologists for second opinions.Then the next day they text again that actually, they tested it with a better test and were wrong…. It is actually a diamond.No apology whatsoever and then had the nerve to charge the full 84 dollars for the resize. No discount or anything…. For the many tears shed. So yeah don’t come here unless you want to erroneously be told your engagement ring isn’t worth anything … the lack of customer is insane.Safe to say we don’t trust these people and will be telling our friends and family to stay away.

My fiancé and I got my engagement ring here and could not be more pleased with the experience and final product. We designed a custom ring and Paul and Sauli were so incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. We love the final product and will definitely be going back for wedding bands and all future jewelry needs. Could not recommend Buchosky Jewelers more!

My affectionate nephew snapped the hinge on my glasses while hugging me. I was sure I was going to have to get a whole new pair, and the lenses were only a year old. Buchkosky was able to fix my glasses in a little more than an hour while I waited. The cost was very reasonable and the repair is flawless. I was so relieved! Highly recommended.

I brought in an engagement ring for an insurance appraisal. I needed an appointment on short notice and did not want to have the piece sent away. Buchkosky Jewelers were able to set me up right away and do the appraisal in-house. The appraisal was professional and accurate. I highly recommend and will be looking for their services again in the future.

When the Ray-Ban metal frames to my expensive prescription glasses broke, I quickly realized that very few places do actual eyeglass repair and that I might have to send them to a company in California (and would have to go for weeks without my glasses). Thankfully I found Buchkosky Jewelers nearby where I live, which examined my glasses and quoted me $79 to $99 to laser weld them back together. I went to the store about 20 minutes before closing time, after which the goldsmith had already left but repair was completed by 10am the next day, and I came to pick them up in late afternoon. They did an excellent job, and appreciate that they were honest upfront that I should consider this a temporary fix and disclosed that the weld will be more brittle than the original metal. While you can see the repair upon very close examination (as they said would be the case), it’s quite unnoticeable otherwise - the photo shows an area of silver metal next to the hinge, and they also straightened out the rest of the metal on my glasses, which I greatly appreciate. Buchkosky Jewelers is a highly professional business that I greatly recommend, and their excellent customer service and upfront honesty is in stark contrast to the many less scrupulous jewelers out there.
