Came in with concerns about fraudulent activity on my debit card and was asked why I was worried about it. They did not have replacement debit cards available for me, so nothing got resolved. The banker then attempted to get me to sign up for their credit card. The most unhelpful experience I've ever had with a bank.

Avoid banking with Malik. He is clueless about half of the common requests, makes constant mistakes with your account and then turns the blame on the customer when asked to clarify. His words were "The bank is doing you a favor by giving you an account that you can use."BMO is also very intrusive, and treats you poorly, regardless of how long you've been a customer with them. However, the tellers in this particular branch were great.Malik and upper management (whom which he calls for any minor details because he is usually clueless) are insufferable. Upper management are rude, and insulted me over the phone when pressed for details.Take your money elsewhere. There are so many other banks within a mile's radius of this branch.

Don't think they'll help you. Extremely poor service unless you go in to talk face-to-face, just don't waste your time calling hoping for a banker to talk to.Not worth the trouble and am seriously considering ending my account with BMO Harris over the bad service.

The bank manager at this location went out of the way to help me. The tellers are always friendly.

I opened my account online last week. Went into Roseville branch for my debit card the next day. They didn't give me a pin. So couldnt use my card..Can't get my little bit of money. Called the phone bank 2 times. 1st time ok. 2nd time Steve was rude an unhelpful. Huffed an puffed during the convo. Didn't want to assist me. I kept explaining I'm older an needed more help. He'd didn't care. I thought this was a nice bank but your customer service workers have no customer service skills. Just opened my account and i will be closing it soon.

It is nearly impossible to get through to the credit card/rewards center. I was on hold for a total of 1hr and 5 mins today and then I was told I will hear back in 72 hours. My rewards balance is screwed up and I cannot get anyone to help me!! They have no online access or email option.

I've had my business and personal accounts at every big brand bank in the twin cities. BMO Harris is hands down the best customer service bank in our town.For starters, each branch has their own phone number that you can call and talk to a real-life person in that brach- and they know who you are. These bankers are empowered to answer questions and solve problems over the phone. Their tellers are efficient, I never stand in lines like the big banks. BMO Harris offers far more competitive product and fees than others.I'll be a loyal customer for life!
