I was at the store last week and saw the best deals on bras and undies only to have their placements of them so high up. I was cranky from all the shopping I had to do for graduation and had told the worker with black hair, I think her name was Ivena (almost complaining, if you see this I am sorry) about the day I had and how I did not like how the store was laid out. Instead of clapping back, she thanked me for the feedback and took care of me throughout my time, She gave me a fitting room, checked on me, and I felt comfortable enough to ask for her opinion!!!!!! This is what a plus size store should feel like! With the amount of hunting I have to do for a girl like me to find a perfect size, this store helped me and made me feel at ease despite the stress I was having. This was such a beautiful experience with Ivena, she understood the struggles of finding clothes, bras and undies that fit and how some stores can make you feel less than because of it! I RECOMMEND COMMING TO THIS LOCATION RATHER THAN THE MOA!!!

I was in the mall for hours trying on semi-formal dresses for a wedding I had coming up; Being plus size, all the semi formal option I had come across (before Arula) were very dated and made me look like the mother of the bride, and I’m on my early 20s!!On my way out of the mall, Arula caught my eye! I had never heard of the brand before so seeing the plus size mannequins in the display really drew me in!! Yadriana warmly greeted us immediately and was a saving grace! She was very patient and not pushy, but still very helpful — which was so refreshing. I had picked out a dress that caught my eye and she set up a fitting room for me which included so many fun options that I would have absolutely missed! She was so attentive and sweet; she really made the whole experience fantastic from start to stop. Left with my dream dress and definitely coming back for the accessories. (they were so sweet and it was closing time so i felt bad if i stayed longer)It was so nice to see a store with actually fashionable and trendy styles that were well made, and fit plus size bodies beautifully.Literally my new favorite store ♥️Great team.Great atmosphere.Great size range selection.Overall amazing experience!!!

I went to many different stores trying to find just a white dress that will fit my sister, we stopped by this wonderful plus sizes store and had the best experience we could ever has, English is our second language people always says that they don’t understand what we said but it was different with Arula all the staff was very nice and helpful and most important they didn’t have any problem to understood what we were saying. It was the best shopping experience I ever had in years and thanks for that.

I went to many different stores trying to find just a white dress that will fit my sister, we stopped by this wonderful plus sizes store and had the best experience we could ever has, English is our second language people always says that they don’t understand what we said but it was different with Arula all the staff was very nice and helpful and most important they didn’t have any problem to understood what we were saying. It was the best shopping experience I ever had in years and thanks for that.

I love this store. Plus size clothing that fits comfortably. White knee high cowboy boots that are so amazing and a perfect fit including wide width for the foot and calf, amazing. Head into Arula today located in Rosedale mall, right next to Starbucks just inside a main entrance. Have fun and don't forget to check out the clearance area ?

I love this plus size brand. My first trip to Arula, I got Pretty Woman'd. I walked in and said I liked the dress in the window, and in 2 minutes there was a spacious dressing room with my name chalked on the nameplate, and a fleet of dresses in my size that all actually looked good on me. I'm an apple shape, I'm not the easiest shape to fit. I get compliments every single time I wear an Arula piece out. I usually hate clothes shopping, but this experience made me understand why some people enjoy it, lol. My sister is one of those people, and I brought her with me this last time, and she said it was one of HER most enjoyable shopping experiences too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and great with my kids to boot. Always check the sale section, I can usually find 3-4 great pieces for the price of one on the main floor.

I stopped in the other day and it was the best shopping experience I’ve had in years. AJ was the associate that helped me and she couldn’t have been better, an absolute gem. She was attentive, supportive, fun, and had such an eye for styles that would look good on me and my shape. I absolutely loved everything about this store and will make a point to shop here every time I’m in town!Thanks again AJ, you were just incredible.

Ceecee & Claire went out of their way to help me shop! They made great suggestions & hyped me up when I really needed it :) their dressing rooms are AMAZING, anti-anxiety, anti-stress. I could nap in there.

This store has such cute clothes & unique items that you wouldn’t find everywhere. I visited last Saturday to look for a dress for my bridal shower and Bridget & Maya were so sweet and helpful. They helped to get my dress shipped to me in time since they didn’t have my size in store. Great experience overall & I’ll definitely be back.
