Manager Chris turned me and my baby away despite the Target policy in place for diapers. Fortunately, this was more of an inconvenience for me. I was able to go to the Maple Grove location the next day and they were happy to help me with exchange in sizes for the unopened diapers I requested. All I needed was to replace new unopened diapers we were gifted with a larger size for my growing baby. Chris said “no receipt so I can’t help you” after the staff told me he had the ability to override and make it possible.
I hope he sees this review or his supervisor and considers that another mom might be down to her final diaper when she comes into the store, maybe she even needed a ride there to complete the exchange, desperate for her baby and maybe not able to afford diapers for her baby. Shame on you Chris! Be a better human. Lazy!

I’ve been to this Target couple of times, but yesterday we had a really nice experience, so I just wanted to make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed… I was waiting in line for the cashier with my baby and I had already set my groceries when Stacy saw us. She grabbed our groceries herself and moved them to her cashier, so she could help us faster, then she gave my daughter her first Target sticker. I really appreciate you, Stacy, for going above and beyond to help us out when you didn’t have to. Thank you!!

I was at the checkout this evening and my autistic son was experiencing a sensory overload. The two girls working at the Starbucks were at the end of the counter watching and laughing to each other while watching him struggle. I went over to get him some water because it helps him regulate himself and I confronted the girls letting them know that he was autistic and experiencing sensory overload. They became straight-faced and said okay. As we walked out towards the exit I looked over and they were looking at us and laughing again, so I approached them again and informed them that I worked for Starbucks for 25 years and their behavior was unacceptable. They were acting insensitive and unprofessional. They were not representing target or Starbucks professionally.

my checkout lady, her name was Nina I believe. a younger lady. she was very rude and not friendly. i was trying to have her scan my target circle barcode and she claimed she had already scanned it, which she did not. and was refusing to scan it. she was at check lane 9. i usually prefer to use self checkout, but today I had quite a bit of groceries. very unimpressed with how she treats customers.

Things have not been going well lately, so when I got my hopes up by checking to see if any of those target exclusive pokemon funko pops were here I had them answered when I saw one, umbreon, which I don't have yet. When I went to pay for it I was told that they couldn't sell it until Feb 18th, regardless of the fact that it was out on the shelf. Not even a half hearted "sorry".For someone on the edge of actual clinical depression a small burst of joy like finding that can help out a ton, when it is ripped out of your mouth after having tasted it...... that is worse than it not being there at all.Target..... that hurt....... badly.

This is the absolute worst target I have ever been to. Terrible customer service and one of the most ridiculous experiences I think I have ever encountered. Fire your customer service and drive up team.

Target Bakery for the win. I had a very specific request - I wanted to copy a cake I saw online and just wanted target bakery to provide the base. They gave me exactly what I asked for. I added the cake topper and sprinkles for the cake of my little girls dreams. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve ordered cake from their bakery and they always cater to my unique requests.
