Kohls store in Rogers was so clean and organized. The employees were so friendly and helpful. I was impressed by all the merchandise and how nicely it was displayed. The layout of the store was so appealing for shopping. Kudos to this Store Manager and his employees for working so hard. A dedicated crew! Thank you!

Consider yourself extremely lucky if you have Jenn as your check out cashier. If cashiers were a fraction as polite, positive, & courteous as her the world would be a much better place!!!!

Returns: Purchased two mens shirts in Nov 2023. Wanted to do an even exchange because the shirts were to small. Didn't have my receipt but purchased them on a Kohls charge. Went to the CS counter to have the associate look them up to confirm if they were on my charge. I was told we were passed the 6 month return and that we would receive $2.60 and even though one of the shirts came up on my charge card. The other shirt didn't have a tag but had the under shirt tag inside. The female sales associate didn't offer to look up the second shirt tag. I told her no problem we will look for an even exchange. I went back to the counter to ask if she could tell me how much we paid for the one shirt, She proceeded to tell me I don't have that information. (CUT AND DRY) We spent another 30 min looking for $30 dollar shirts in the same brand. We found nothing. We gave up and decided to leave. We called customer service and they were no help. We changed our minds and went back in the store to continue our search. I had to go back to the counter again (3rd time) A different female associate assisted me and couldn't find the second shirt. Back again for another search. Gave up at customer service and a young man at the cashier register area took us to the customer service counter and found one of the shirts on our Kohls charge. (REFUNDED ON KOHLS) We did another search on the second shirt but unfortunately couldn't find it but the sales associate gave us in store credit. Took my DL but not sure why. We don't do very many returns. I also asked the female associate if she could print my receipt and she said no.(again cut and dry) I am just not sure why both of these female associates did not want to help us.
We are not theives and we certainly are not shady people. Kohls stands by THE EASY AND NO HASSEL RETURN but ON THIS day IT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT IN THIS CASE.
The two shirts were STILL BRAND NEW and unworn.

The 15 to 30 % coupons are NOT good for shoes (WHY???)

Disappointed in Kohls lately. They never seem to have the size of clothing I want. Stock is often picked over. The tek gear hooded jacket I bought turned red around the zipper after washing. And of course I could not exchange this as there are none in stock at any Kohls stores in a size large.
