I was initially just looking for a car one day and see what my options were out there. I booked my appointment and spoke with Alex P, he then dedicated his time to help me out and discuss the features I would want in a car. We were able to sort things out and get the specific model I want with the upgrades and all within the same week. Like I said, I was only looking around and wasn’t expecting to buy a car in that same week; that’s great customer service right there. I was spoiled by their team and their generous offers and they really helped me pick the best options for me. I owe it to Subaru of Rochester ‘cause I’m loving the car that I picked. Thank you to Alex P and the whole team once again!!

Quick service and David explained the options and service needs for my vehicle and we were able to discuss and make a plan. The service was done in a timely manner and the shuttle and waiting area were really great!

I recently needed service to my vehicle. It was not a planned visit but vehicle needed immediate attention. They promptly diagnosed the problem that same day and put in the new part. I was able to take my car the next morning.

David was there to assist the moment I arrived. My new tires and fresh alignment have me ready for another Minnesota winter. The courtesy car driver was great. He safely drove me home and picked me up as soon as my car was ready. What a friendly team!

I own a 2022 Subaru that I purchased in May this year. The driver side window Suddenly stopped working it would not go back up. I drove out to Subaru without an appointment, and they fixed my car right away. I was back on the road within an hour and a half. Thanks to Kevin.

I recently worked with Collins at Rochester Subaru when purchasing my Subaru Outback. Collins was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was very patient and I did not feel pressured. He understands purchasing a car is a big commitment and truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He took time to go through all the electronics /features of my Subaru before I left the lot. He addressed all my questions/concerns and followed up with me a few times after my purchase.
