Highly recommend. The entire rental process can be managed online. Rochester storage responds quickly to any questions by email, text or by phone. They noticed my lock was missing and called immediately. Excellent experience.

Highly recommended. All the tools you need to complete the entire process online were available. Brian is very responsive with any questions you may have. Area is well lite and they do monitor the cameras and contact you immediately if they see something amiss. Great experience.

Brian and his team at Rochester Storage were very professional and efficient with our move. We had some unique circumstances moving from a large home where we lived for 25 years to a smaller home and they were very flexible and accommodating. Moving can be an emotional time and they made it stress free and went above and beyond to take care of all of our needs. The unpacking process was very easy because of how they packed efficiently. We are now enjoying our new home!!

Excellent service and storage facility. Very clean and monitored sufficiently.. Owner very flexible and provided multiple moving experiences and storage reconfiguration options. Moved us from Rochester to the twin cities for a very reasonable price. You deal directly with the owner . I would recommend the storage and moving services.

This facility is all brand new and clean. And secure until you are past due. Then the owner becomes the landlord that violates your rights and becomes a street hustler. Like a street hustler he will manipulate fees and cost constantly changing the terms of the contract to inflate costs making it impossible to make current so that you lose your items which he has already setup to auction before you even get notified of it. Then he cries and expects you feel sympathy because he needs to pay his $multi million loan. Store your belongings somewhere else. Brand new does not mean s—-.

Rochester storage has been great for my family and I. Brian, the owner, has always been right there to meet us when we need help and answer any questions we have. Due to this great service our family has rented multiple storage units.
