Great Storage Facility. Make sure you take your time and scope out units when looking sometimes you get come one slightly bigger for the same price as one that is smaller. The two times I've used them to store items were efficient and safe. Sometimes you do find small bugs like spiders, ants or once I even found a dead wasp in my unit but overall they keep a clean facility. I enjoy the climate control as well because no one wants to be moving stuff and sweat even more than you already are. They always give me a full refund on my move outs so I am happy with that as well. You get out of it what you put into it.

Great service, easy to rent, and great facility. I reserved my unit over the phone and moved in after hours with no issues at all! Facility is clean and secured!

What can I say, I love being with Midwest Indoor storage but overall the experience has been truly phenomenal and magical with Dustin and as well as Jonathan! I know the team is wonderful and at this place they really care about who they're selecting to represent who they are not only as a company but they're integrity, vibrant personalities and another way to make you smile ☺! I just want to say from the bottom of my heart that you are truly amazing Dustin, you have a sincere heart and a charismatic attribute about you that is rarely seen in this world and from the numerous companies that I personally work with, I know that this is something you just can't come across in this world ? rarely anymore, and I'm very thankful and blessed that I have a chance to work with you! I would highly recommend Midwest Indoor Storage. The building and units are super clean and nice and secure. Love that it is climate controlled. I didn’t know what I was doing and I worked with both Dustin and Jonathon at Midwest Indoor Storage and they answered all my questions and made the whole process easy and stressless. Their customer service is exceptional!

Yes it's a storage unit that is climate control. Except they are so automatic in their building and having everything 1 way that their facility has not only gotten me badly hurt but it also has caused a lot of my stuff to be broken. their facility shuts down all lights if it doesn't trip the motion sensor when someone is in the build. It goes by the hallway sensors and I'm in my unit organizing and I fall over everything because I have yo go into the haulway to trip the sensor. 100's of dollars broken because you trip or lose my balance while rushing to turn the lights on. Even the bathroom don't even want toention the pain slkñs shut off after 30 seconds . I won't even mention the pain I'm in from falling.

Convenient location and great facility. I've been renting a storage space from Rochester Indoor Storage for several years now, and love their service. Making payments is convenient, you can make payments online easily. The facility is clean, temperature controlled and secure.

Clean, polite, Great customer service. I spoke with Jonathan today at the Southwest location, excellent customer service skills, very polite and enthusiasm in his voice. In today's time, we need more people like him
