Our family in Rochester was very pleased with recent auto work done at Eastman. The services there were excellent, efficient and they provided auto pick up and delivery. It is always reassuring to have such good quality and dependable auto services.

These guys are great! Highly recommend calling them first! I was in Rochester from out of town. I was by myself. I had a hole in my radiator. These guys got me in the same day, found a new radiator and the next day replaced it. While they were doing that, they drove me back to my hotel so that I didn't have to wait there and then came and picked me up. The bill was more then reasonable.

Where to start... Got hit with a double whammy on two vehicles going down at once. They came and picked up my truck (fuel pump went out at the mall) fixed it in a day, then returned it on a flat bed and picked up our van. Communication was great, pricing was fair, and service was second to none. The fact that they come and pick up your vehicle and drop it off is amazing. We have two, 3 year old toddlers and both my wife and I work full time. Time is limited and being able to just make one phone call, have our vehicle picked up, fixed, and returned home is incredible. Honestly made a pretty tough situation so much easier. Cannot thank them enough for getting us back on the road so quickly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had fluids leaking suddenly from our vehicle. They took care of everything. I was informed every step of the way. And they gave great options for my vehicles age. Will continue to do business here.

Had an issue with a radiator leak. Was asked to provide photos, which I sent and received a diagnosis and options for fixing within minutes. I was also referred to another radiator repair shop who could perform the required work for less money. I appreciate the honesty, and speed with which my problem was diagnosed and solutions given.

They are awesome! I called them on a Saturday morning because the heater in my aunt’s car didn’t turn off when she took the key out of the ignition. They came over right away and diagnosed the problem. They took my aunt’s car and fixed it and returned it very quickly. Matt even called the next day to check if everything was working out for her. I have used them before and will continue to. They are trustworthy and do great work for a fair price.

If you are looking for a customer friendly business that values quality and exceeds your expectations regarding service, knowledge, and professionalism, then go here. If you like overpaying auto repair shops that have zero interest in the customers they serve then don’t. I often feel very intimidated by auto shops and have always been over charged because admittedly I know nothing about cars. However, not only did they do an excellent quality service with detail, they provided door to door service so I didn’t have to finagle a way out of work. Competitive and fair pricing. I so pleased with this service. They saw me very quickly, and were super kind and helpful. My car is old and needed an expensive part replaced and through their recommendation I was able to save hundreds of dollars. I've never had such an inexpensive and easy car repair process.
