Items came up missing from my storage unit last year and again this year. Rae Ann Denicker located me next to someone who uses and distributes methamphetamine and other controlled substances. I was forced to move to another unit within the complex. I was forced to move to another facility at the end of February due to harassment and suspicious activity. It cost me an entire day to move my stuff and an additional expense with the Minnesota Secretary of State to change my business registration. This is not a trusted place for storage. Way better prices at Five Star for twice the space and more harassment.

Sad. A friend let me keep what little I had left in her storage unit. GREAT. She got sick and fell behind and never said a word I had been paying her. But now they are keeping everything. I don't know what to do

HORRIBLE customer service! We had mold on our couches and bookshelves and other items in one of our units. They were so rude and had NO interest in even showing they cared that we had to throw away items from there (couch, 2 bookshelves, linens and kids toys). They wouldn't work with us at all. I asked the manager/owner to call and when I followed up the lady on the phone was very disrespectful and hung up on me after I asked the owner to call me

Great place to rent a storage, with professional staffs. They helped me to pick the perfect and clean storage with wonderful price. The staff there were very helpful and friendy and I've experinced a very satisfying customer services with them.
