Worst customer service ever. Went in at 10:00 when it open and could not get either of the two employees to to assist me. I asked the little lady with white hair and she just turned her back and went to assist another customer who didn't even ask for help. The other employee didn't know she was even working just walking around in space. All I want was a key change.

Too much stuff in the store YOU can't really shop because it's cluttered but they do have cute stuff and the staff was nice

The customer service is horrible at the Robbinsdale MN store and the return policy they try to uphold is not even printed anywhere in there return policy.. there are way too many options now I will not be spending any more money at this store

(Zero star) ***Attempted a return, but couldn't because the store didn't carry the item I wanted to return. Odd, considering it's from the same store. The manager cited a policy that prevents them from accepting returns for items they don't stock. She suggested returning to the original store, but what if it's far away? Unbelievable. Found another branch, and they dismissed that policy as nonsense. ?

This was one of my favorite stores to shop in for year's now but this year's selection has been horrible and bland for the plus size selection! Not only that but I spent $200 here on items I wasn't really happy with but needed some new outfits. I wore them once, almost everything had a hole in it or has a run in the leggings after one wear!!! The material is so cheap this year!!! I have leggings from 4 years ago from this same store that are in better condition than the stuff I bought a few days ago. I am HIGHLY disappointed ?

Not open on a Tuesday at 3pm! And the next day I tried to call in morning after they opened, no answer! Pretty sure they are shut down but kept all the lights on? Really unprofessional

This was one of my favorite stores to shop in for year's now but this year's selection has been horrible and bland for the plus size selection! Good store , great prices. ?The only "problem" is that the racks of clothes are so close together that it's kind of hard to walk around. Lol

Just tried for the 2nd time to visit this store and they are closed at 5:32pm on a Sunday. Sign on the door says they close at 6pm. I'm tired of these businesses making it up as they go. Ugh!

Just sad when u purchased a pair of pants misplaced receipt and just want a smaller pair...The tags was still attached just sad when u don't want to work with the customers we make your place by coming there to purchased you guys items.. Without us ya'll store will not be open. GAIN 2 STARS..

Rainbow is one of my favorite places to go to get clothes that fit perfect, and always look good on me. The store always has a perfect fit for me no matter if it's lingerie shoes or clothes.

TRASH STORE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES!!! I WENT TO RETURN A ITEM AROUND 6:40 PM AND THE DOORS WERE LOCKED BUT THE SIGN SAID THEY CLOSED AT 7PM. SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS AND TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF AT THE STORE. VERY POOR SERVICE.

This place is ATROCIOUS. I have never been more disappointed and disrespected in all my life. The manager Maria and associates closing the store early, locking customers inside and harassing them, demanding we pay for the items and leave over a half hour before store close. JUST TRASH.Used to be a nice store with great deals. Now it's just horrible and very hostile customer service experience leaving you with a very sour taste.I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
