The group at In Tune Marine is phenomenal. Started with just some service with the previous boat to set expectations. Then ordered a new one, everyone from their sales to administration, rigging, service, detailing has been amazing. The experience itself was top tier. Would highly recommend buying from In Tune Marine. What sets them apart is their detail, knowledge (other dealers had no clue), and just the feeling of everyone is helpful and actually happy there !

Very disappointed in the delivery of the boat we bought and the aftercare service. The boat wasn’t ready when we picked it up. There was also an issue with the spray down hose that caused us to wait an extra hour + for it to be fixed. This tells me the boat was not inspected before delivery. We ordered a name be put on the boat which also wasn’t ready at time of pick up. We were promised someone would come to our home to apply the name and that never happened. When I call I’m never able to get though to the person I’m trying to contact and the promised call back doesn’t seem to happen. Very happy with the boat but I would caution anyone considering In Tune on the service you’ll receive… ?

I bought a used boat from TJ back in October of 2023. I could not be happier with the entire experience at In Tune. TJ was great to work with. I had some issues with the engine shortly after I bought it and worked with Aaron in service to get me back on the water under their used boat warranty. Again, couldn't be happier with the customer service at their service department too. I wouldn't look anywhere else for service or buying a boat anywhere else. Thanks everyone!

I switch over to In Tune Marine about a year ago from there in town Competition and it was a great move. Every time i go In Tune they are knowledgeable and friendly. They always listen to what i need to say and then they fix it in a reasonable time. I special shout out to Jaden. He does a great Job. Owner of a Crestliner boat with a 90 Mercury Scott

We purchased a pre-owned Skeeter from In Tune in March, 2024. The customer service was just wonderful. Brian answered all our questions and was very helpful. We encountered a few of the employees and everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The service department is great too! Highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish with In Tune, especially Jaden who helped me lock up a deal on my new Minn Kota Terrova. I'm a 6-hour round trip drive away - and they had the best buy I could find for anything similar, so very well worth the trip! Couldn't be happier with the service and pricing and I plan on looking to In Tune first anytime I need something else similar. A++++

Drove from Michigan to buy a boat from Brian at In Tune. After the first phone call, knew that I was dealing with a very caring and compassionate boater/fisherman. From multiple small changes and extra add ons to the whole shop rallying around my boat to get it set up and ready for the drive back to Michigan. They are experts in lithium battery setups, a very important issue for me after going through multiple batteries in my older boat. There is a tangible difference when compared to other dealers in my local area and well worth the effort to deal with. Kudos to the team at In Tune!!!

I bought a new trolling motor, 2 fish finders and all the Ethernet wires and adapters needed to upgrade and outfit my boat. The service manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what I needed and where it was located at their facility. They were extremely fair in discounting an item when they didn't have to. Apparently appreciated the opportunity to get me everything I needed for the upgrade. It was worth the couple hours drive past a lot of other Marina dealers to work with these guys. Thanks again
