I can’t say a whole lot of good things about this company. Bought a BRAND NEW build in 2022. Floors were bubbling, didn’t go away, they replaced them after almost a yearOf going back and fourth, they were replaced in January 2024, they immediately started bubbling again. I have now been told it’s environmental because I have sunlight coming into my home and I keep my house at a steady 68 degrees. This company is a joke and I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere

We liked the quality of the carpet and the guy who installed it was nice, however we had about 25 scratches in our wall which I had to then repaint. I was told that most customers know that their walls will get scuffed up when they get carpet put in….. so here’s a heads up that it’ll likely happen to you too

Had a great experience. Obviously big box has cheaper prices upfront but the quality isn't a comparison. The products are better quality and when you add all the factors, the prices were competitive. Will always shop local and support businesses that have been in the community for years. The quality of installation was great too. The stairs and basement were a nightmare when I bought the place, but after we went in and had more options than we needed, we chose a nice carpet that has held up to 3 pets and a house of 4 and the stairs look great! Thanks B&B!
