These guys suck at customer service. Ask a simple question: I could not get an answer. ask them to ask someone else it was like pulling teeth. Poor training

Awful customer service. I asked for an item to be removed from the things I was going to buy and the guy got pissed at me for something really simple. Literally took him 5 seconds to remove the item and put it back in the shelf.

Go select Katie at the other Plymouth sherwin. Bad experience with phone calls having to to give site name and phone number 4 times. To picking it up.. I have walls to paint..

I just needed 1 gallon of paint and went to this local Sherwin-Williams store. It was busy and I'm not patient, so figured I'd wait a few minutes before deciding whether or not to stick it out. Happily, Jake was very helpful and efficient - left with what I wanted and it didn't take long. Glad I went to this store - good experience!

Called to check on color of stain I used for my deck. Nick said it's super busy here today. I said is there a time I can call back this afternoon? He said idk it's summer and it's busy. And tried to hang up. I told him worst service! He didn't care. Second time I've been treated like this. I came to pick up paint samples I paid for online and was told to COME back by a female (didn't catch her name) cause they were busy. Excuse me? Seriously worst customer service at this location. Won't come back. Shame on you guys.

Busy place, with more paint pros than retail customers during the week. The workers know their stuff, and although it costs a few bucks more than a big box store it’s worth it when quality matters or you need something uncommon.

Earlier this week I visited Sherwin-Williams for the first time. Matthew the sales associate had a lot of people in line and served us in a timely manner. Friendly, helpful. Good info to get a person who has not done staining to succeed. As with other posts, great matching color. I even messed up what color to mix, and sales person fixed it for me.
