In the middle of placing my paint order the employee stopped me to go help another customer like I wasn't already being helped by employee. Instead of a 10-15min trip to the paint store now we're almost an hour. Painter's don't get paid a lot and to lose time because of poor customer service sucks! Especially since Sherwin is a paint store is supposedly geared to helping out the painter

I really like Sherwins paint and the service I get at this store. I used to only get my paint from Hirschfelds but after trying sherwin I've converted. The paint covers really well, it goes on easy and looks fantastic when I'm done. It's not that the other place is bad, it's just that sherwin is at least an equal product for less money.
